【摘要】：在分析迭代式創(chuàng)新的概念和內(nèi)涵后,以"設(shè)計(jì)型學(xué)習(xí)"和"產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合"為基礎(chǔ),將迭代式創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用于高校工程科技人才培養(yǎng),探究了一種迭代式創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐人才培養(yǎng)模式,并構(gòu)建了一套完整的人才培養(yǎng)方案,歸納了此方案順利開展所需的特定條件,對高校人才培養(yǎng)具有一定的研究參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:After analyzing the concept and connotation of iterative innovation, based on the combination of "design learning" and "combination of production, learning and research", this paper applies iterative innovation to the cultivation of engineering science and technology talents in colleges and universities, and probes into an iterative mode of training innovative practical talents. A set of complete talent training scheme is constructed, and the specific conditions for the successful development of this program are summarized, which has certain research reference value for the talent training in colleges and universities.
