【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,高校管理人員、高校師生、社會(huì)科研人員等用戶群體對(duì)高校檔案館的服務(wù)提出了更高的要求,傳統(tǒng)的高校檔案館服務(wù)模式已不能適應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的要求,如何使高校檔案館的服務(wù)模式與時(shí)代同步是目前高校檔案館亟需解決的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外高校檔案館的服務(wù)模式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理,總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外高校檔案館的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),明確了高校檔案館的發(fā)展方向,分析了不同使用人群的特點(diǎn),確定了高校檔案館的信息服務(wù)范圍。通過(guò)對(duì)信息服務(wù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和高校檔案館的功能定位進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)闡述,并從高校檔案館信息服務(wù)功能的內(nèi)涵、原則、依據(jù)等方面進(jìn)行分析,系統(tǒng)的對(duì)高校檔案館的信息服務(wù)進(jìn)行了理論解析,為提出我國(guó)高校檔案館的信息服務(wù)模式和實(shí)施細(xì)節(jié)奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)高校檔案館的使用人群進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究。通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行信度與效度檢驗(yàn),確定問(wèn)卷的科學(xué)性和合理性。使用人群,包括檔案館工作人員、老師、學(xué)生、社會(huì)科研人員等不同使用需求的人群,其中學(xué)生調(diào)查細(xì)分為本科生、碩士生、博士生等,并對(duì)使用人群的性別、年齡等社會(huì)特征進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,以期更為細(xì)致深入的對(duì)高校檔案館的服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,為高校檔案館的信息服務(wù)模式提出更細(xì)致全面的實(shí)施策略。通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,確定了高校檔案館存在的主要問(wèn)題,并對(duì)主要問(wèn)題的成因進(jìn)行了深入解析。在實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,從專屬化、一體化和公共化等三個(gè)方面提出了高校檔案館信息服務(wù)策略。其中專屬化信息服務(wù)策略能夠根據(jù)不同使用人群的特定需求提供專屬化的服務(wù),提升服務(wù)品質(zhì)。一體化信息服務(wù)策略能夠以信息體系為依托,從縱向發(fā)展和橫向聯(lián)合的角度整合信息資源,從而為用戶提供快捷、優(yōu)質(zhì)、便利的信息服務(wù)。公共化信息服務(wù)策略能夠使高校檔案館從校園服務(wù)走向社會(huì)服務(wù),使高校檔案館更高程度的服務(wù)社會(huì)。高校檔案館的信息服務(wù)能夠改變傳統(tǒng)的高校檔案館服務(wù)模式,提升服務(wù)意識(shí)和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,使高校檔案館融入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,從而為師生、社會(huì)科研人員等使用人群提供更高效、更優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),為社會(huì)的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the society and the rapid development of the Internet, university administrators, university teachers and students, social researchers and other user groups have put forward higher requirements for the service of university archives. The traditional service mode of archives in colleges and universities can no longer meet the requirements of the Internet era. How to make the service mode of archives in colleges and universities synchronize with the times is an urgent problem to be solved at present. By systematically combing the service mode of university archives at home and abroad, this paper sums up the successful experiences of university archives at home and abroad, clarifies the development direction of university archives, and analyzes the characteristics of different users. The information service scope of university archives is determined. In this paper, the development trend of information service and the function orientation of university archives are systematically expounded, and the connotation, principle and basis of information service function of university archives are analyzed. This paper systematically analyzes the information service of university archives, which lays a theoretical foundation for putting forward the information service mode and implementation details of university archives in China. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the use of interviews and questionnaires is used to investigate the users of archives in colleges and universities. By testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, the rationality of the questionnaire is determined. The use groups, including archives staff, teachers, students, social researchers, etc., were divided into undergraduate students, master students, doctoral students, and the gender of the users. This paper investigates the social characteristics such as age in order to study the service status of archives in colleges and universities more meticulously and deeply and put forward more detailed and comprehensive implementation strategies for the information service mode of archives in colleges and universities. Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the main problems existing in the archives of colleges and universities are determined, and the causes of the main problems are deeply analyzed. On the basis of field investigation, this paper puts forward the information service strategy of university archives from three aspects: exclusivity, integration and publicity. The exclusive information service strategy can provide the exclusive service according to the specific needs of different users and improve the service quality. The integrated information service strategy can integrate the information resources from the angle of vertical development and horizontal combination based on the information system, so as to provide users with fast, high quality and convenient information services. The public information service strategy can make the university archives move from the campus service to the social service, and make the university archives serve the society to a higher degree. The information service of university archives can change the traditional service mode of university archives, improve the service consciousness and service quality, make the archives of colleges and universities melt into the Internet era, thus provide more efficient for the users such as teachers and students, social researchers and so on. Better service, contribute to the development of society.
