【摘要】：信息時代高等教育變革引發(fā)教學范式向?qū)W習范式的轉(zhuǎn)變,高等教育中教和學的一切環(huán)節(jié)都發(fā)生了根本的改變,教育理念、教育價值觀、課堂教學、教學組織與實施、學習與考核的方式已經(jīng)完全不同。在學習范式下,大學發(fā)展、教學發(fā)展、個人發(fā)展和學生發(fā)展的融合賦予了教師發(fā)展理論模型構(gòu)建的新內(nèi)涵。在實踐探索中,教師教學發(fā)展中心作為大學教學內(nèi)部支持性組織機構(gòu),適應(yīng)信息化時代教師發(fā)展需要,應(yīng)以學習為中心,推動大學組織變革;以教學文化為引導(dǎo),提升教師教學學術(shù)能力;以支持性為基本原則,助力教師職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展;以學習效果為導(dǎo)向,關(guān)注學生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The transformation of higher education in the information age leads to the transformation of teaching paradigm to learning paradigm. All aspects of teaching and learning in higher education have undergone fundamental changes. Educational concepts, educational values, classroom teaching, teaching organization and implementation have taken place. The way of study and examination has been completely different. Under the learning paradigm, the combination of university development, teaching development, personal development and student development endows the new connotation of the theoretical model of teacher development. In practice and exploration, as a supporting organization in university teaching, teacher teaching development center should take learning as the center to promote the reform of university organization, take teaching culture as the guide, and adapt to the needs of teachers' development in the information age. Improve teachers' academic ability in teaching; support as the basic principle to help teachers' career development; take learning effect as the guide, pay attention to the development of students.
