【摘要】：實(shí)踐教學(xué)是高校教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中的重要內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)建設(shè)提升實(shí)踐教學(xué)的品質(zhì),改革實(shí)踐教學(xué)模式是高校改革發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重要事項(xiàng)。實(shí)踐教學(xué)的形式和內(nèi)容十分豐富,包括實(shí)習(xí)、見習(xí)、基于問題的學(xué)習(xí)、社會(huì)調(diào)研和考察、體驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)、實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué),也包括學(xué)生的科研等。從教學(xué)方式說,實(shí)踐教學(xué)既包括教也包括學(xué)。一是實(shí)踐教學(xué)以大學(xué)生為主體而進(jìn)行的教育活動(dòng),通過實(shí)踐讓學(xué)生貼近現(xiàn)實(shí),適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求,了解就業(yè)走進(jìn)職場(chǎng)。二是通過實(shí)踐教學(xué),廣大教師不斷創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法與教學(xué)理念,提升教學(xué)效果。本研究以我國地方高師院校中實(shí)踐學(xué)習(xí)中存在的問題為基點(diǎn),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談?wù){(diào)查法等研究方法,分析目前地方高師院校實(shí)踐教學(xué)存在問題的根源。特別是在當(dāng)下教育轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)教育目的的轉(zhuǎn)型,實(shí)現(xiàn)全人教育的發(fā)展。論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于從知識(shí)、能力、情感、信念、價(jià)值觀間的關(guān)系出發(fā),廓清實(shí)踐教學(xué)的目標(biāo)、提出課程設(shè)置的思路、優(yōu)化實(shí)踐教學(xué)方式、建構(gòu)實(shí)踐教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)體系,為地方高師院校的教學(xué)改革提供可資借鑒的理論與實(shí)踐模型。
[Abstract]:Practical teaching is an important content in the teaching link of colleges and universities. Strengthening the construction of practical teaching to improve the quality of practical teaching and reforming the mode of practical teaching is an important matter for the reform and development of colleges and universities. The forms and contents of practical teaching are very rich, including practice, apprenticeship, problem-based learning, social research and investigation, experiential learning, experimental teaching, and students' scientific research and so on. From the teaching method, practice teaching includes both teaching and learning. The first is that the practice teaching takes the university student as the main body of the education activity, through the practice lets the student close to the reality, adapts the social development demand, understands the employment enters the workplace. Second, through practical teaching, teachers constantly innovate teaching methods and teaching ideas to improve teaching effect. Based on the existing problems in practical learning in local normal colleges in China, this study analyzes the root causes of the existing problems in practice teaching in local normal universities by using the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and interview investigation. Especially in the process of educational transformation, strengthening practical teaching is helpful to realize the transformation of educational purpose and realize the development of whole-person education. The innovation of this paper is to clarify the goal of practical teaching, to put forward the idea of curriculum design, to optimize the teaching method and to construct the evaluation system of practical teaching, starting from the relationship among knowledge, ability, emotion, belief and values. This paper provides a theoretical and practical model for the teaching reform of local normal colleges.
