【摘要】：人才培養(yǎng)問題已經(jīng)成為制約高等教育發(fā)展的重大問題,大學組織科研功能的加強是高校中教學和科研功能之間沖突的最初原因。文章從分析傳統(tǒng)大學功能觀入手,認為“教學”、“科研”、“社會服務”之于大學處于不同的位階,具有明顯的時空結(jié)構(gòu)性與歷史繼承性特性,教學功能是大學功能的基礎(chǔ),科研與社會服務功能只有通過教學活動才能夠更好地實現(xiàn)�！翱平倘诤稀笔谴髮W組織知識屬性決定的大學理念的回歸,也是大學組織功能的有效實現(xiàn),推行這一理念的必要前提是對我國傳統(tǒng)高等教育哲學觀念進行批判性反思。
[Abstract]:The problem of talent training has become a major problem restricting the development of higher education. The strengthening of the function of university organization and scientific research is the initial reason for the conflict between teaching and research functions in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the traditional university function view, the author thinks that "teaching", "scientific research" and "social service" are in different levels to the university, and have obvious space-time structure and historical inheritance characteristics, and the teaching function is the foundation of the university function. The function of scientific research and social service can be better realized only through teaching activities. The integration of science and education is not only the return of the university idea determined by the knowledge attribute of university organization, but also the effective realization of university organizational function. The necessary premise of carrying out this idea is to critically reflect on the traditional philosophy of higher education in China.
