【摘要】：信息化科技的進(jìn)步使新媒體技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,新型傳播工具不斷涌現(xiàn),新媒體的影響不再局限于傳媒領(lǐng)域,而是隨著它所包含信息的價(jià)值和導(dǎo)向滲透到生活的方方面面,世界正進(jìn)入“新媒體時(shí)代”。自20世紀(jì)90年代起,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新媒體技術(shù)就已經(jīng)被應(yīng)用于高校各種管理和服務(wù)工作中。當(dāng)前新媒體憑借自身具有海量信息資源和便捷互動(dòng)模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)特點(diǎn),對(duì)青年學(xué)生具有極強(qiáng)的吸引力;新媒體技術(shù)既為高校思想政治教育工作創(chuàng)造了發(fā)展機(jī)遇,也帶來(lái)諸多負(fù)面的消極影響,如淡化了思想政治教育工作主體的權(quán)威,和其對(duì)教育過(guò)程的控制力等。針對(duì)新媒體環(huán)境下思想政治教育工作面臨的危機(jī)和困境,探索如何采取應(yīng)對(duì)措施,將新媒體與思想政治教育工作有機(jī)融合,增強(qiáng)工作時(shí)代性、科學(xué)性和實(shí)效性成為一項(xiàng)重要課題。本文首先界定了新媒體的概念,歸納出新媒體具有不受時(shí)間地域限制的超時(shí)空性、將資訊進(jìn)行數(shù)字化處理、媒介主客體交互性、與現(xiàn)實(shí)世界分離的虛擬性及鮮明的個(gè)性差異化等主要特征;同時(shí),簡(jiǎn)明扼要地闡釋思想政治教育工作的原理和方法論等基礎(chǔ)理論和實(shí)踐特點(diǎn),并鄭重強(qiáng)調(diào)了新的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境下思想政治教育工作的極端重要作用。第3章主要介紹了新媒體在高校思想政治教育工作中的應(yīng)用發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,申明了當(dāng)前高校開(kāi)展思想政治教育工作和新媒體技術(shù)有機(jī)融合的必要性和可行性。通過(guò)實(shí)例展示了新媒體技術(shù)為加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育建設(shè)帶來(lái)了發(fā)展機(jī)遇,發(fā)揮了一定的積極作用。第4章從新媒體削弱了教育主體的權(quán)威、誤導(dǎo)了教育客體思想觀(guān)念、突顯了當(dāng)前教育載體滯后性、沖擊了思想政治教育的過(guò)程和方法等方面,充分闡釋了新媒體環(huán)境下,高校思想政治教育工作面臨的問(wèn)題、挑戰(zhàn)和所處的被動(dòng)、不利局面。第5章則以工作原則、教育主體、教育客體、規(guī)范管理等角度為切入點(diǎn),針對(duì)思想政治教育工作面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和需要解決的問(wèn)題,提出了提高教育主體職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、加強(qiáng)教育客體的引導(dǎo)、高效整合教育資源、統(tǒng)籌管理新媒體應(yīng)用、建立健全監(jiān)督監(jiān)管和評(píng)價(jià)考核。機(jī)制等應(yīng)對(duì)策略,以圖在有效解決問(wèn)題的前提下,全面增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育工作實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, new media technology is developing and new communication tools are emerging. The influence of new media is no longer confined to the media field, but with the value and orientation of the information it contains permeates every aspect of life. The world is entering the New Media Age. Since 1990's, new media technology, such as Internet, has been applied to various management and service work in colleges and universities. At present, new media has a strong attraction to young students by virtue of its own advantages of massive information resources and convenient interactive mode, and new media technology has created opportunities for the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It also brings many negative effects, such as desalination of the authority of the subject of ideological and political education and its control over the educational process. In view of the crisis and predicament of the ideological and political education under the new media environment, this paper explores how to take countermeasures to combine the new media and the ideological and political education to enhance the working times. Science and effectiveness become an important subject. Firstly, this paper defines the concept of new media, and concludes that new media has the characteristics of transcendental space and time free from time and region, and digitizes the information and interacts the subject and object of the media. At the same time, the basic theoretical and practical characteristics of ideological and political education, such as the principle and methodology of ideological and political education, are briefly explained. And solemnly stressed the new internal and external environment of ideological and political education under the extremely important role. The third chapter mainly introduces the application and development of new media in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and affirms the necessity and feasibility of developing ideological and political education in colleges and universities and organically integrating new media technology. The new media technology has brought the development opportunity and played a positive role in strengthening the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Chapter 4 from the new media weakened the authority of the main body of education, misled the ideological concept of the educational object, highlighted the lagging of the current educational carrier, impacted the process and methods of ideological and political education, and fully explained the new media environment. The problems, challenges and passive and unfavorable situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The fifth chapter takes the working principle, the educational subject, the educational object and the standardized management as the breakthrough point, aiming at the challenges and problems that the ideological and political education work faces and needs to be solved, and puts forward to improve the professional accomplishment of the educational subject. To strengthen the guidance of educational objects, to integrate educational resources efficiently, to manage the application of new media as a whole, to establish and improve supervision, supervision and evaluation. Under the premise of solving the problems effectively, the mechanism and other countermeasures can comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
