【摘要】：高校教師流動是高等教育發(fā)展新常態(tài)研究中的重要構(gòu)成。將高校教師流動視為一個獨立的場域,研究其自身運行的邏輯與特點,以此為根基探索影響高校教師不合理流動的因素,做出合宜的政策導向,已成為當前高等教育研究的熱點與難點。作為從社會場域分化而來的新生場域,高校教師流動在其完善過程中受到社會、高校及教師個體等多方面影響。從規(guī)范學術(shù)勞動力市場發(fā)展、健全高校人才管理制度、倡導教師個人文化等角度出發(fā),改變當前高校教師流動的無序性,以促進其慣習更迭,從而構(gòu)建健康的學術(shù)職業(yè)生態(tài),是十分重要而緊迫的研究議題。
[Abstract]:The flow of college teachers is an important component in the study of the new normal in the development of higher education. This paper regards the flow of university teachers as an independent field, studies the logic and characteristics of its own operation, explores the factors that affect the unreasonable flow of university teachers, and makes a suitable policy direction. It has become a hot and difficult point in the research of higher education. As a freshman field which is divided from the social field, the flow of university teachers is influenced by the society, universities and individual teachers in the process of its perfection. From the point of view of standardizing the development of academic labor market, perfecting the management system of talents in colleges and universities, advocating the individual culture of teachers, the disorder of the current flow of teachers in colleges and universities is changed in order to promote the change of their habits, thus to construct a healthy academic and professional ecology. Is a very important and urgent research topic.
