美國(guó)研究型大學(xué)跨學(xué)科研究教師績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的原則、途徑與特點(diǎn)

【摘要】:跨學(xué)科研究或者交叉學(xué)科研究不斷得到重視,很多大學(xué)開展各類的跨學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目,而從事這類跨學(xué)科研究的教師績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)問題也日益凸顯。跨學(xué)科研究的復(fù)雜性,決定了跨學(xué)科研究教師績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)需充分考慮跨學(xué)科研究的特點(diǎn),協(xié)調(diào)長(zhǎng)期目標(biāo)與短期目標(biāo)的關(guān)系,采用靈活多樣的評(píng)價(jià)方式。美國(guó)跨學(xué)科教師績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)具有代表性的有威斯康星大學(xué)的集群聘任、賓西法尼亞大學(xué)的共同資助方式聘任和密西根大學(xué)的聯(lián)合聘任。
[Abstract]:Cross-disciplinary research or cross-disciplinary research has been paid more and more attention. Many universities carry out various cross-disciplinary research projects, and the performance evaluation of teachers engaged in such interdisciplinary research has become increasingly prominent. The complexity of interdisciplinary research determines that teachers' performance evaluation of interdisciplinary research should fully consider the characteristics of interdisciplinary research, coordinate the relationship between long-term and short-term goals, and adopt flexible and diverse evaluation methods. The representative of the performance evaluation of interdisciplinary teachers in the United States is the University of Wisconsin's cluster appointment, the University of Pennsylvania's co-financing employment and the University of Michigan's joint appointment.
