【摘要】：為促進(jìn)東盟國家間學(xué)生流動,推動?xùn)|盟地區(qū)高等教育融合發(fā)展,東盟大學(xué)聯(lián)盟參照歐洲學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)開發(fā)出東盟學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)。本文在回顧東盟學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)生背景和發(fā)展歷程基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了該系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)成元素、操作流程和組織架構(gòu),并分析了其存在的問題。盡管面臨諸多現(xiàn)實困境,東盟學(xué)分轉(zhuǎn)換系統(tǒng)依然以其透明度高、兼容性強(qiáng)、適用范圍廣等優(yōu)勢,吸引了東盟大學(xué)聯(lián)盟成員高校的廣泛參與。未來,該系統(tǒng)將在東盟的持續(xù)關(guān)注下得到進(jìn)一步的豐富和完善,從而在東盟一體化進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮更大作用。
[Abstract]:In order to promote student mobility among ASEAN countries and promote the integration and development of higher education in ASEAN region, the ASEAN credit conversion system was developed by the ASEAN University Union with reference to the European Credit conversion system. On the basis of reviewing the background and development of the ASEAN credit conversion system, this paper expounds the key elements, operation process and organization structure of the system, and analyzes its existing problems. In spite of many practical difficulties, ASEAN credit conversion system still attracts the extensive participation of ASEAN University Association member universities because of its advantages of high transparency, strong compatibility and wide range of application. In the future, the system will be further enriched and perfected under the continued concern of ASEAN, thus playing a greater role in the ASEAN integration process.
