中華傳統(tǒng)文化視域下大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),國(guó)家之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)異常激烈,人才成為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中最重要的資源。故而很多國(guó)家越來(lái)越重視大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng),我國(guó)作為歷史悠久的文明古國(guó)更是注重大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)的培養(yǎng),因?yàn)榇髮W(xué)生責(zé)任水平的高低關(guān)系著中華民族的復(fù)興大業(yè),影響著我國(guó)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程,提升大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)是大學(xué)生成才的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。中華傳統(tǒng)文化經(jīng)歷了幾千年的發(fā)展積淀,其所蘊(yùn)含著的豐富多彩的理論資源為我國(guó)大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)提供了正確的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向。其中,中華傳統(tǒng)文化所追求的理想人格與大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)所設(shè)想的前景具有相似性;中華傳統(tǒng)文化的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向與大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的理想狀態(tài)具有互通性;中華傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承途徑與大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的對(duì)策具有互補(bǔ)性。這些都為大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)奠定了基礎(chǔ),有助于提升大學(xué)生的人文修養(yǎng)水平,鑄造勇于負(fù)責(zé)的品性,不斷提升大學(xué)生的責(zé)任意識(shí)。本文以山西省太原市T大學(xué)為例,由實(shí)證研究數(shù)據(jù)得出目前大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)存在認(rèn)知相對(duì)淺薄、思維方式凸顯利己性、行為取向偏離社會(huì)本位等消極因素。針對(duì)大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,本文以中華傳統(tǒng)文化奠基,從提高大學(xué)生責(zé)任認(rèn)知水平、強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生責(zé)任能力培養(yǎng)、落實(shí)大學(xué)生責(zé)任行為引導(dǎo)三個(gè)層面出發(fā),提出了培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)的新路徑。使大學(xué)生責(zé)任意識(shí)培養(yǎng)在理論和實(shí)踐層面相融合,以提高大學(xué)生的道德素質(zhì),促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, competition between countries is extremely fierce, talent has become the most important resource in the competition. Therefore, many countries pay more and more attention to the cultivation of college students' sense of responsibility, and our country, as an ancient civilization with a long history, pays more attention to the cultivation of college students' sense of responsibility, because the level of university students' responsibility relates to the great cause of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is a key link for college students to improve their sense of responsibility in order to influence the process of building socialist modernization in our country. Chinese traditional culture has experienced thousands of years of development and accumulation, which contains rich and colorful theoretical resources for the cultivation of the sense of responsibility of Chinese college students to provide a correct value orientation. Among them, the ideal personality pursued by Chinese traditional culture is similar to the prospect envisaged by the cultivation of college students' responsibility consciousness, and the value orientation of Chinese traditional culture is interlinked with the ideal state of the cultivation of college students' responsibility consciousness. The ways of inheriting Chinese traditional culture are complementary to the countermeasures of cultivating college students'sense of responsibility. All these have laid a foundation for the cultivation of college students' responsibility consciousness, which is helpful to improve the humanistic accomplishment level of college students, to cast the character of being brave and responsible, and to enhance the sense of responsibility of college students constantly. Taking Taiyuan T University of Shanxi Province as an example, this paper draws a conclusion from the empirical research data that there are some negative factors in college students' responsibility consciousness at present, such as relatively shallow cognition, prominent self-interest in thinking mode, deviation from social standard in behavior orientation, and so on. In view of the reality of the cultivation of college students' responsibility consciousness, this paper, based on the traditional Chinese culture, starts from three aspects: improving the level of college students' responsibility cognition, strengthening the cultivation of college students' responsibility ability, and carrying out the guidance of college students' responsibility behavior. This paper puts forward a new way to cultivate college students' sense of responsibility. In order to improve the moral quality of college students and promote the all-round development of college students, the cultivation of responsibility consciousness of college students is combined in theory and practice.
