【摘要】：近些年來科技的發(fā)展日新月異,社會對創(chuàng)新型人才的需求也日益增加,所以如何培養(yǎng)新一代的科技創(chuàng)新型人才也成為了重中之重。分析和研究在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新視角下研究生在培養(yǎng)科技創(chuàng)新能力的過程中出現(xiàn)的一些問題,通過創(chuàng)新教學(xué)方法、改革教學(xué)體制、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量等對培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新型人才提出一些建議,有助于推進科學(xué)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新,改革臃腫的教育體制,進一步優(yōu)化對高新科技人才的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the social demand for innovative talents is also increasing, so how to cultivate a new generation of innovative science and technology talents has become the most important. This paper analyzes and studies some problems in the process of cultivating scientific and technological innovation ability of graduate students from the perspective of collaborative innovation, and puts forward some suggestions for cultivating innovative talents through innovating teaching methods, reforming teaching system, improving teaching quality, etc. It helps to promote scientific and technological innovation, reform the bloated educational system, and further optimize the training of hi-tech talents.
