【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)守則的20字要求可以劃分為"愛(ài)國(guó)守法""敬業(yè)愛(ài)生、育人為本、為人師表"、"終身學(xué)習(xí)"三個(gè)層次。高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)守則內(nèi)化的過(guò)程是一個(gè)從規(guī)約到自律的轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程,其中輔導(dǎo)員較強(qiáng)的專業(yè)素質(zhì)是必備條件,深厚的文化修養(yǎng)是重要條件。高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)守則重在立德,以德修身、完善職業(yè)人格是輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)守則內(nèi)化的源頭性工程。當(dāng)前需要通過(guò)積極的教育與管理實(shí)踐,將職業(yè)守則內(nèi)化為輔導(dǎo)員的道德自律與理想追求,外化為自覺(jué)行動(dòng),從而有效實(shí)現(xiàn)輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)人格的完善與提升。
[Abstract]:The 20-character requirement of the professional code of college counselors can be divided into three levels: "love the country and obey the law", "love the students, educate the students, be the model" and "lifelong learning". The process of internalizing the professional code of college counselors is a process of transformation from regulation to self-discipline, in which the strong professional quality of counselors is the necessary condition, and the profound cultural accomplishment is the important condition. It is the source project of internalization of college counselors' professional code to lay stress on morality, to cultivate oneself by virtue and to perfect professional personality. At present, it is necessary to internalize the professional code as the moral self-discipline and ideal pursuit of counselors, and transform it into conscious action through active education and management practice, so as to effectively realize the perfection and promotion of counselors' professional personality.
