【摘要】：進入21世紀后,國與國之間的較量,不僅體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟、科技、軍事力量等“硬實力”方面,更體現(xiàn)在一個國家的文化、教育、價值觀以及意識形態(tài)等方面,而這些就是“軟實力”的具體表現(xiàn)。《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》中指出:“當前國家教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展本身也給人類文明的建設和民族文藝復興作出了巨大的貢獻。”在未來十年的發(fā)展時間內(nèi),中國應該逐漸向教育強國發(fā)展,這也是當前國務院和黨中央對于中國教育發(fā)展的新的認識,同時更是中國教育事業(yè)發(fā)展的前景和目標�！敖逃龔妵笔侵袊趲浊臧l(fā)展過程中堅守的發(fā)展理念,教育強則中國強。高等院校在整個教育體系中居于十分重要的位置。伴隨著高等教育的大眾化,國際化,高校軟實力的提升問題引起越來越多的關注。高校既是文化傳播的重要渠道,高校的校園文化建設也是軟實力的重要體現(xiàn)。因此,校園文化建設對高校軟實力的提升具有較為關鍵的作用。本文闡述了校園文化建設與高校文化軟實力的概念,以及校園文化建設與高校文化軟實力之間的關系。我國高校文化軟實力的現(xiàn)狀有待提高,通過對校園文化的建設將有效的提升高校文化軟實力。文章從對校園環(huán)境文化建設,校園行為文化建設,校園制度文化建設,校園精神文化建設四個方面進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題,找到存在問題的原因,提出對校園文化建設的對策,提升高校文化軟實力。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, the contest between countries is reflected not only in the "hard power" of economy, science and technology, and military power, but also in the cultural, educational, value and ideological aspects of a country. These are the concrete manifestations of "soft power." the outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) points out: "the current development of the national educational cause itself has also contributed to the construction of human civilization and the national Renaissance." A great contribution has been made. " In the next ten years, China should gradually develop into a powerful educational country, which is also a new understanding of the development of Chinese education by the State Council and the Party Central Committee, and is also the prospect and goal of the development of Chinese education. "Educational Power" is the development concept that China adheres to in the course of thousands of years development, education is strong and China is strong. Colleges and universities play a very important role in the whole education system. With the popularization and internationalization of higher education, more and more attention has been paid to the promotion of soft power in colleges and universities. Colleges and universities are not only an important channel of cultural transmission, but also an important embodiment of soft power. Therefore, the construction of campus culture plays a key role in enhancing the soft power of colleges and universities. This paper expounds the concept of the construction of campus culture and the soft power of university culture, as well as the relationship between the construction of campus culture and the soft power of university culture. The present situation of cultural soft power in colleges and universities in China needs to be improved, and the construction of campus culture will effectively promote the soft power of university culture. This paper analyzes the construction of campus environment culture, campus behavior culture, campus system culture and campus spiritual culture, finds out the existing problems and finds out the reasons for the problems. The countermeasures of campus culture construction are put forward to promote the soft power of university culture.
