【摘要】：目前我國(guó)高校女教師人數(shù)不斷攀升,其中青年女教師所占比重比較大。此外,女教師中擁有正高級(jí)職稱的不多,青年女教師仍有較大的職業(yè)發(fā)展空間,其職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展應(yīng)受到適當(dāng)關(guān)注。"全面二孩"政策的落實(shí),意味著青年女教師要把更多的時(shí)間和精力花在家庭責(zé)任上,這將對(duì)她們的職業(yè)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生一定影響。一方面,它可能會(huì)影響女性對(duì)高校教師職業(yè)的選擇。另一方面,女教師可能面臨更大的角色沖突,并進(jìn)而影響她們的職業(yè)發(fā)展。為此,應(yīng)調(diào)動(dòng)社會(huì)多方力量,為高校女教師的職業(yè)發(fā)展提供政策支持、經(jīng)濟(jì)支持以及精神支持等,以幫助她們更好地獲得職業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the number of female teachers in colleges and universities in our country is increasing, and the proportion of young female teachers is relatively large. In addition, there are not many female teachers with high professional titles, and young female teachers still have more room for career development, and their career development should be given due attention. " The implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy means that young female teachers should spend more time and energy on their family responsibilities, which will have an impact on their career development. On the one hand, it may affect women's career choices for college teachers. On the other hand, female teachers may face greater role conflicts and thus affect their career development. Therefore, we should mobilize various social forces to provide policy support, economic support and spiritual support for the career development of female teachers in colleges and universities, so as to help them obtain better career development.
