【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái),中國(guó)高等院校逐漸加強(qiáng)了與國(guó)際大學(xué)之間的合作,特別是進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后,中外交流合作項(xiàng)目逐年增長(zhǎng)。在國(guó)際交流盛行的大環(huán)境之下,更需要研究中外交流合作項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量和質(zhì)量管理引發(fā)的問(wèn)題。由于中國(guó)高校開展交流合作的時(shí)間較短、經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理知識(shí)和方法的匱乏制約了我國(guó)中外交流合作項(xiàng)目的開展,故深入研究項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理有利于保障項(xiàng)目的順利完成,對(duì)提升項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量也起到了現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,同時(shí)還可以豐富我國(guó)中外交流合作項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)理論。本論文立足于H高校中外交流合作項(xiàng)目,從定性角度上,應(yīng)用理論分析了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的相關(guān)特性;從定量角度上,應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析客觀地闡述了項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理結(jié)果。本研究主要從以下幾個(gè)方面展開,首先梳理了中外高校交流合作項(xiàng)目及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)研究的貢獻(xiàn)和不足分別做出評(píng)述;其次詳細(xì)敘述了H高校的中外合作項(xiàng)目開展情況,總結(jié)出項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題;第三,應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理知識(shí)描述H高校合作項(xiàng)目的特征和質(zhì)量管理過(guò)程,設(shè)計(jì)了H高校中外交流合作項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理方案;第四,構(gòu)建H高校中外交流合作項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理方案評(píng)價(jià)體系,通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析得出質(zhì)量管理方案的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果;研究結(jié)果顯示,在H高校開展的三種對(duì)外交流合作類型中,短期交流訪問(wèn)類型的管理效果低于聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)類型和雙學(xué)位培養(yǎng)類型,其管理效果還有很大的上升空間,且相比之下本文設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量管理方案更適用于聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)類型和雙學(xué)位培養(yǎng)類型,這也為今后的研究提供了方向。此外,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理方案,提出了項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理、職能部分相互配合和交流合作項(xiàng)目組織管理三個(gè)方面的保障建議。本文為高校中外交流合作項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理研究提供了一些理論和參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Chinese colleges and universities have gradually strengthened the cooperation with international universities, especially after entering the 21st century, the Sino-foreign exchanges and cooperation projects have increased year by year. Under the prevailing environment of international communication, it is necessary to study the quality and quality management of Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation projects. The lack of knowledge and methods of project quality management restricts the development of Chinese and foreign exchange and cooperation projects due to the short time and lack of experience in the exchange and cooperation between Chinese and foreign universities. Therefore, in-depth study of project quality management is conducive to ensure the smooth completion of the project, to improve the quality of the project also plays a practical significance, but also can enrich China's domestic and foreign exchange and cooperation project quality management theory. This paper is based on the exchange and cooperation projects between China and foreign countries in H colleges and universities. From a qualitative point of view, this paper applies the theory to analyze the relevant characteristics of project quality management, and from a quantitative point of view, applies statistical analysis to objectively explain the results of project quality management. This research is mainly carried out from the following aspects: firstly, the current situation of the research on the exchange and cooperation projects and the quality of the projects between Chinese and foreign colleges and universities is reviewed, and the contributions and shortcomings of the research are commented respectively; Secondly, it describes the development of Chinese-foreign cooperative projects in H colleges and universities in detail, summarizes the existing problems in project quality management; third, describes the characteristics and quality management process of H university cooperative projects by using the knowledge of project quality management. The quality management scheme of the Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation projects in H colleges and universities is designed. Fourthly, the evaluation system of the quality management schemes of the Chinese-foreign exchange cooperation projects in H colleges and universities is constructed, and the evaluation results of the quality management schemes are obtained through statistical analysis; the research results show that, Among the three types of foreign exchange and cooperation carried out by H colleges and universities, the management effect of short-term exchange and interview is lower than that of joint training and double degree training. In contrast, the quality management scheme designed in this paper is more suitable for co-culture type and double-degree culture type, which also provides a direction for future research. In addition, according to the project quality management scheme, this paper puts forward three guarantee suggestions on team management, function part cooperation and cooperation project organization and management. This paper provides some theoretical and reference basis for the quality management research of Chinese-foreign exchange and cooperation projects in colleges and universities.
