東莞理工學(xué)院校園危機(jī)管理研究

【摘要】:我國高等教育在精英教育向大眾化教育的發(fā)展過程中,全國高校改革開放的前沿陣地,高校教育發(fā)展迅猛。但由于廣東高等大學(xué)教育招生規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,校園規(guī)模和辦學(xué)模式發(fā)生了巨大變化。廣東作為總體發(fā)展不夠均衡,院校間經(jīng)費(fèi)投入差別懸殊,部分院校采用多校區(qū)運(yùn)作,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱、管理手段陳舊等問題突出,致使校園危機(jī)管理問題日益突出。如學(xué)生群體意外事故,打架或群毆事件,非法集會(huì)、實(shí)習(xí)意外傷害突發(fā)事件時(shí)有發(fā)生,對學(xué)校乃至社會(huì)造成了極大影響。然而,高校校園危機(jī)事件的頻發(fā)亦暴露出現(xiàn)有危機(jī)管理體系的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。文章通過文獻(xiàn)查閱和理論研究針對高校校園危機(jī)事件和校園危機(jī)理論的研究,廓清高校校園危機(jī)事件的概念與管理內(nèi)容,分析校園危機(jī)管理的特征與原則,描述東莞理工學(xué)院校園危機(jī)管理現(xiàn)狀,針對東莞理工校園危機(jī)管理中存在的危機(jī)意識教育滯后問題、危機(jī)管理能力缺失問題、危機(jī)管理制度真空問題、危機(jī)事件中的公關(guān)問題展開調(diào)研,探究校園危機(jī)管理中存在的突出問題及原因。同時(shí),借鑒國外及港臺(tái)地區(qū)高校校園危機(jī)管理的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),有針對性地提出東莞理工學(xué)院危機(jī)管理的對策。優(yōu)化學(xué)校危機(jī)管理組織機(jī)構(gòu),制定有效的校園危機(jī)管理預(yù)案,建立創(chuàng)新型校園危機(jī)預(yù)防與干預(yù)模式,加大學(xué)校危機(jī)防控軟、硬件設(shè)施的投入,加強(qiáng)校園危機(jī)教育宣傳,提高師生危機(jī)意識和應(yīng)急能力等。
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of elite education to popular education, higher education in our country is in the front position of reform and opening to the outside world, and the development of higher education is swift and violent. However, due to the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of Guangdong higher University, the campus scale and the mode of running a school have undergone tremendous changes. As the overall development of Guangdong is not balanced, the difference of funds input between colleges and universities, some colleges and universities use multi-campus operation, the infrastructure is weak, the management means outmoded and so on, resulting in the campus crisis management problems become increasingly prominent. Such as student group accident, fighting or group affray, illegal assembly, practice accident injury emergencies occur from time to time, which has a great impact on the school and even the society. However, the frequent occurrence of campus crisis also exposed the weak links of crisis management system. Based on literature review and theoretical research, this paper clarifies the concept and management content of campus crisis events, analyzes the characteristics and principles of campus crisis management. This paper describes the current situation of crisis management in the campus of Dongguan Polytechnic University, aiming at the problems of lagging crisis consciousness education, lack of ability of crisis management, vacuum of crisis management system in the crisis management of Dongguan Polytechnic University. The public relations problems in crisis events are investigated to explore the outstanding problems and reasons in campus crisis management. At the same time, draw lessons from the successful experience of crisis management of universities in foreign countries and Hong Kong and Taiwan, and put forward the countermeasures of crisis management of Dongguan Polytechnic University. To optimize the organization of school crisis management, to formulate effective crisis management plan, to establish an innovative campus crisis prevention and intervention model, to increase the investment in the software and hardware of school crisis prevention and control, and to strengthen the campus crisis education publicity. To improve the sense of crisis and emergency response ability of teachers and students.
