【摘要】：澳大利亞高校科研數(shù)據(jù)管理政策的制定源于國際相關(guān)組織及會議、世界主要發(fā)達(dá)國家科研數(shù)據(jù)管理的實(shí)踐以及澳大利亞國內(nèi)相關(guān)組織與機(jī)構(gòu)的推動。澳大利亞高校科研數(shù)據(jù)管理政策制定在政策的類型、制定目的、適用范圍、制定時(shí)間、相關(guān)主體、內(nèi)容要素等方面具有鮮明的特點(diǎn)。我國高校科研數(shù)據(jù)管理政策的構(gòu)建應(yīng)從以下幾方面開展:政府應(yīng)積極發(fā)揮其在高校構(gòu)建科研數(shù)據(jù)管理政策中的引導(dǎo)性作用;科研資助機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)發(fā)揮其在制定科研數(shù)據(jù)管理政策中的約束性和引導(dǎo)性作用;高校在制定具體的科研數(shù)據(jù)管理政策時(shí),應(yīng)注重政策內(nèi)容的詳細(xì)性與規(guī)范性。
[Abstract]:The development of scientific research data management policy in colleges and universities is originated from the practice of international organizations and conferences , the practice of scientific research data management in the major developed countries of the world and the promotion of relevant organizations and institutions in Australia . The construction of scientific research data management policy in universities in Australia should be carried out in the following aspects : the government should play its guiding role in the construction of scientific research data management policy in colleges and universities .
