【摘要】：對最能衡量大學-校友關系狀態(tài)且廣受關注和重視的校友捐贈而言,有一種普遍的傾向認為,世界上只有那些來自美國的私立名校才能有上佳的表現。但從"美國"、"私立"、"名校"這三個核心構念及其衍生問題的逐一解析發(fā)現,單憑"美國私立名校"這一名號,是不足以使院校獲得好的校友捐贈表現的。作為身處另樣生態(tài)系統之中的我國高校,在面對長久以來糟糕的校友捐贈表現時,負責任、有擔當的態(tài)度和做法,就是應從自身找原因,即著眼于自身的院校治理水平,從中理清和查找大學-校友關系的狀態(tài)和問題緣由。與此同時,還要勇于突破現有的"募捐-捐贈"關系模式,邁向更高水平的大學-校友關系治理。
[Abstract]:For alumni donations, which are the most widely watched and valued measure of the state of college-alumni relationships, there is a general tendency to believe that only private elite schools from the United States can do well in the world. However, from the analysis of the three core structures and their derivation of "America", "private" and "famous school", it is found that the single name of "private famous American school" is not enough for colleges to obtain good performance of alumni donation. As a Chinese university in a different ecosystem, in the face of the poor performance of alumni donation for a long time, the responsible and responsible attitude and practice is to find out the reason from itself, that is, to focus on the level of university governance. Find out and find out the state of the university-alumni relationship and the cause of the problem. At the same time, it is necessary to break through the existing "fundraising-donation" relationship model and move to a higher level of university-alumni relationship governance.
