【摘要】：作為大學(xué)組織的重要利益相關(guān)者,以及作為高等學(xué)�；镜臉�(gòu)成要素和活動主體,學(xué)生參與是當(dāng)前我國大學(xué)治理不可回避的話語,也是加快推進(jìn)我國大學(xué)治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的行動議題。檢視學(xué)生參與大學(xué)治理中的問題和困境,重思和探析科學(xué)理性的學(xué)生參與路徑,不僅有助于維護(hù)大學(xué)生的合法權(quán)益,消弭大學(xué)內(nèi)部權(quán)力間的僭越和失衡;更有助于大學(xué)治理結(jié)構(gòu)的完善,現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的推進(jìn)和大學(xué)的民主發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important stakeholder of university organization, as well as the basic constituent element and activity main body of university, student participation is the inescapable utterance of university governance in our country at present. It is also the action topic of speeding up the modernization of university governance system and governance ability. Examining the problems and dilemmas of students' participation in university governance, pondering and analyzing the path of scientific and rational students' participation is not only helpful to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of college students, but also to eliminate the unauthorized and unbalanced power in universities. It is also helpful to the improvement of the university governance structure, the promotion of the modern university system and the democratic development of the university.
