【摘要】：研究型大學(xué)中教學(xué)與研究間的關(guān)系問題,與教師聘任過程中人們對學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理解與價值取向存在高度關(guān)聯(lián)。通俗而言,究竟是從學(xué)者中培養(yǎng)教師,還是從教師中選拔學(xué)者,兩種不同的取向在很大程度上左右了組織以及人的行為,由此也帶來了眾多的困惑�；趯W(xué)術(shù)生命周期的理論,由學(xué)者而成為教師即塑造學(xué)者型教師,應(yīng)是研究型大學(xué)兼顧利益與價值的理性選擇。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teaching and research in research universities is highly related to the understanding of academic standards and value orientation in the process of teacher appointment. In general, whether it is to cultivate teachers from scholars or to select scholars from teachers, the two different orientations have greatly influenced the organization and human behavior. It also brings many puzzles. Based on the theory of the academic life cycle, it is a rational choice for the research university to give consideration to the interests and values of the research university.
