【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速增長,市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行以及全球化速度的突飛猛進(jìn)使越來越多的人逐漸意識(shí)到未來將成為以科技研發(fā)能力的高低來論成敗的時(shí)代.缺乏學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的國家是很難立足于世界民族之林的。本文通過中國知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫對內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教師近10年發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文情況分析研究發(fā)現(xiàn),近些年無論在國內(nèi)還是在國外內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教師學(xué)術(shù)影響力都有很大的提高;與國內(nèi)農(nóng)林院校.相比具有一定的學(xué)術(shù)影響力,但是還有待進(jìn)一步提升;與區(qū)內(nèi)高校相比學(xué)術(shù)影響力突出表現(xiàn)在優(yōu)勢學(xué)科方面。這不僅為新形勢下的內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教師學(xué)術(shù)研究提供新的依據(jù)與視角,而且對深化學(xué)術(shù)研究工作具有一定的價(jià)值。本文主要分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分通過查閱資料分析國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀。第二部分介紹相關(guān)的概念和研究方法。第三部分針對中國知網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)對內(nèi)蒙古農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教師的學(xué)術(shù)影響力進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,并找出具體存在的問題。第四部分針對問題,找出具體的原因,然后在問題原因的基礎(chǔ)上,提出可行性的建議對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of social economy, the operation of market economy and the rapid development of globalization, more and more people gradually realize that the future will be the era of the success or failure of science and technology research and development ability. It is difficult for countries lacking the ability of academic innovation to stand among the nations of the world. Through the analysis of the academic papers published by the teachers of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University in recent 10 years, this paper finds that the academic influence of the teachers of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University has been greatly improved in recent years, both at home and abroad. And domestic agricultural and forestry colleges and universities. Compared with the regional colleges and universities, the academic influence is prominent in the dominant disciplines. This not only provides a new basis and perspective for the academic research of the teachers of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University under the new situation, but also has certain value for deepening the academic research work. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research through consulting data. The second part introduces the related concepts and research methods. The third part analyzes the current situation of the academic influence of the teachers of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and finds out the specific problems. The fourth part aims at the problem, finds out the concrete reason, then puts forward the feasible suggestion countermeasure on the basis of the problem reason.
