【摘要】:大型儀器設(shè)備是高校教學(xué)和科研工作的重要保障,做好大型儀器設(shè)備購前技術(shù)論證工作,明確設(shè)備建設(shè)需求,細化和完善設(shè)備采購指標(biāo)與建設(shè)方案,把握購前技術(shù)論證與設(shè)備建設(shè)聯(lián)動機制,是提高大型儀器設(shè)備建設(shè)質(zhì)量,發(fā)揮資金使用效益的重要手段,F(xiàn)結(jié)合重慶大學(xué)大型儀器設(shè)備購前技術(shù)論證工作流程與管理方法;分析論證中存在的問題,完善論證管理制度,增加論證補充和網(wǎng)評評審環(huán)節(jié),提高技術(shù)論證質(zhì)量;結(jié)合現(xiàn)有工作成效,確定了大型儀器設(shè)備購前技術(shù)論證改進的目標(biāo)和方向。
[Abstract]:Large-scale instrument and equipment is an important guarantee for teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities. It is necessary to do a good job of technical argumentation before purchase of large-scale instrument and equipment, make clear the requirement of equipment construction, refine and perfect the purchasing index and construction plan of equipment. Grasping the linkage mechanism between technical demonstration and equipment construction before purchase is an important means to improve the construction quality of large-scale instruments and equipment and to give full play to the efficiency of the use of funds. This paper combines the workflow and management method of technical demonstration before purchase of large-scale instruments and equipment in Chongqing University, analyzes the problems existing in the demonstration, consummates the management system of demonstration, increases the link of demonstration supplement and network evaluation, and improves the quality of technical argumentation. The aim and direction of technical demonstration and improvement of large-scale equipment before purchase are determined.
