【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)臨床實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生測(cè)量?jī)和w格數(shù)據(jù)的可信度。方法采用方便抽樣,收集實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生入科培訓(xùn)后及出科時(shí)對(duì)嬰幼兒頭圍、身長(zhǎng)及頂臀長(zhǎng)的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù),同步收集帶教老師的復(fù)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),比較實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生與帶教老師的測(cè)量差異。采用測(cè)量者之間測(cè)量差異絕對(duì)值的均值(MAD)、關(guān)鍵差異值百分率等指標(biāo)描述數(shù)據(jù)的可信度。結(jié)果入科時(shí)頭圍、身長(zhǎng)及頂臀長(zhǎng)的MAD分別為0.46、0.55及0.81cm,出科時(shí)分別為0.30、0.43及0.51cm,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。入科時(shí)頭圍、身長(zhǎng)及頂臀長(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)屬于較好質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的關(guān)鍵差異值百分率分別為41.5%、58.0%及36.0%,出科時(shí)分別提高至53.5%、70.0%及59.0%,出科時(shí)頭圍、身長(zhǎng)及頂臀長(zhǎng)屬于錯(cuò)誤的數(shù)據(jù)分別為19.0%、10.0%及13.0%。結(jié)論臨床實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)生測(cè)量?jī)和黹L(zhǎng)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量較好,頭圍及頂臀長(zhǎng)測(cè)量值存在較大的誤差。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the reliability of physical data of clinical students. Methods convenient sampling was used to collect the measurement data of the head circumference, body length and top and hip length of infants and toddlers after entering the course of training and leaving the subject, and to collect the repeated data of the teachers in the same time, and to compare the difference of the measurement between the students and the teachers. The reliability of the data is described by using the mean value of absolute value of measurement difference and the percentage of key difference value. Results the mad of head circumference, body length and top and hip length were 0.46 and 0.81 cm at the time of entering the department, and 0.30 ~ 0.43 and 0.51 cm respectively when they came out of the department. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The percentage of key difference values of head circumference, body length and top and hip length were 41.5% 58.0% and 36.0%, respectively, and increased to 53.5% and 59.0% respectively. The data of head circumference, body length and top and hip length were 19.010% and 13.010%, respectively. Conclusion the data of children's body length measured by clinical practice students are of good quality, and there is a great error in measuring the head circumference and the length of the top and buttocks.
