【摘要】：胡錦濤在慶祝清華大學建校100周年大會上,對全國青年大學生提出殷切希望,“把文化知識學習和思想品德修養(yǎng)緊密結合起來”、“把創(chuàng)新思維和社會實踐緊密結合起來”、“把全面發(fā)展和個性發(fā)展緊密結合起來”。在激情澎湃的時代洪流中,在祖國奮勇前進的偉大征程上,越來越多的大學生選擇成為一名光榮的志愿者。大學生志愿者是一個能夠擔負起社會責任和歷史使命的光榮稱號,在他們身上,閃爍著青春的智慧光芒,體現(xiàn)了崇高的精神品質。在社會主義核心價值體系的引領下,大學生志愿服務活動正以越來越豐富的內容和形式,參與到社會主義和諧社會建設之中。如何保證大學生志愿服務活動長期有效地開展下去,并通過這項活動實現(xiàn)對大學生的教育引導,成為擺在大學生思想政治教育面前的時代課題。本文從大學生志愿服務活動是拓展高校思想政治教育有效途徑,是高校共青團工作在新形勢下的創(chuàng)新出發(fā),分析我國大學生志愿服務活動開展的現(xiàn)狀,探討如何在社會主義核心價值體系的引領下,根據(jù)青年大學生思想政治教育的特點,建立持久有效的大學生志愿服務活動長效機制。 第一章：大學生志愿服務活動及其長效機制的理性認識。在闡明“志愿服務”相關概念、回顧總結國內外志愿服務活動發(fā)展歷史的基礎上,梳理我國大學生志愿服務活動的發(fā)展階段,闡釋大學生志愿服務活動長效機制的內涵。 第二章：大學生志愿服務活動長效機制的現(xiàn)實基礎�？偨Y大學生志愿服務活動所取得的隊伍不斷擴大、制度日益完善、領域逐漸擴展和學生素質得到改變等方面的成績；深刻剖析大學生志愿服務活動存在的問題,即客觀上學校和社會重視程度不夠,主觀上志愿者服務能力不強、方法途徑不多和長效機制不全等。 第三章：大學生志愿服務活動長效機制的主要內容。分析如何按照加強和改進大學生思想政治教育的要求,在社會主義核心價值體系的引領下,構建大學生志愿服務活動長效機制,包括目標導向機制、組織管理機制、環(huán)境營造機制和回報激勵機制。 第四章：大學生志愿服務活動長效機制的運行實施。論述大學生志愿服務活動長效機制運行實施的一般過程,大學生志愿服務活動長效機制運行實施的基本要求,即充分發(fā)揮共青團組織的優(yōu)勢作用、引導志愿服務活動專業(yè)化發(fā)展、堅持繼承優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)與改進創(chuàng)新相結合、推進志愿服務活動國際交流與合作,等等。
[Abstract]:At a conference to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Tsinghua University, Hu Jintao put forward his earnest hope to young college students all over the country, "to closely integrate cultural knowledge learning with ideological and moral cultivation" and "to closely combine innovative thinking with social practice." To combine all-round development with personality development. In the passionate flood of the times, in the great journey of the motherland, more and more college students choose to become a glorious volunteer. The university student volunteer is a glorious title which can shoulder the social responsibility and the historical mission. Under the guidance of the socialist core value system, the voluntary service activities of college students are participating in the construction of a harmonious socialist society with more and more rich contents and forms. How to ensure that the voluntary service activities of college students can be carried out effectively for a long time, and how to guide the education of college students through this activity has become the subject of the times in front of the ideological and political education of college students. Based on the fact that the voluntary service of college students is an effective way to expand the ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the innovation of the work of the Communist Youth League under the new situation, this paper analyzes the present situation of the voluntary service activities of college students in China. Under the guidance of the socialist core value system and according to the characteristics of ideological and political education of young college students, this paper discusses how to establish a lasting and effective long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service. Chapter one: the rational cognition of college students' voluntary service and its long-term mechanism. On the basis of expounding the related concepts of "voluntary service" and reviewing the history of the development of voluntary service activities at home and abroad, this paper combs the development stage of the voluntary service activities of college students in China, and explains the connotation of the long-term effective mechanism of the voluntary service activities of college students. Chapter two: the realistic foundation of the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service. This paper summarizes the achievements of the college students' volunteer service activities in such aspects as the continuous expansion of the team, the increasingly perfect system, the gradual expansion of the field and the change of the students' quality, and deeply analyzes the problems existing in the college students' voluntary service activities. That is, the school and society pay less attention objectively, the subjective volunteer service ability is not strong, the method way is not many and the long effect mechanism is not complete and so on. Chapter three: the main content of the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service. According to the requirements of strengthening and improving college students' ideological and political education, under the guidance of socialist core value system, this paper analyzes how to construct long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service, including goal-oriented mechanism, organization and management mechanism. Environment construction mechanism and reward incentive mechanism. Chapter four: the implementation of long-term mechanism of college students'voluntary service. This paper discusses the general process of implementing the long-term mechanism of college students' voluntary service, and the basic requirements for the implementation of the long-term mechanism of voluntary service, that is, to give full play to the advantageous role of the Communist Youth League. To guide the professional development of voluntary service activities, adhere to the combination of inheriting fine traditions and innovation, promote international exchanges and cooperation of voluntary service activities, and so on.
