本科畢業(yè)生就業(yè)供給側內部影響機制的實證研究——基于A省畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的實證分析

【摘要】:本科畢業(yè)生就業(yè)供給側改革問題是深化教育領域綜合改革的重要領域。本研究以A省本科院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)供給側為對象,通過實證研究,探索本科畢業(yè)生就業(yè)供給側內部招生側、培養(yǎng)側、擇業(yè)側和供需關系側影響機制,并提出就業(yè)供給側內部結構性改革的策略。結果發(fā)現(xiàn),本科畢業(yè)生就業(yè)供給側內部的課程教學、畢業(yè)實習、畢業(yè)生學業(yè)成就、就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對供需關系平衡的個別因素具有顯著正向影響;專業(yè)招生規(guī)模對人才培養(yǎng)質量,以及培養(yǎng)過程管理、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對供需關系平衡的個別因素具有顯著負向影響,同時存在三條無效供給影響路徑。深化本科畢業(yè)生就業(yè)供給側內部結構性改革的措施包括:平衡專業(yè)規(guī)模結構,優(yōu)化專業(yè)資源供給;改革課程教學管理,強化就業(yè)力培養(yǎng);深化創(chuàng)業(yè)課程改革,實現(xiàn)專業(yè)課程協(xié)同發(fā)展;變革無效供給關系,驅動有效供給影響路徑。
[Abstract]:The supply-side reform of undergraduate graduates' employment is an important field in deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education. This research takes the employment supply side of the undergraduate college in A province as the object, through the empirical research, explores the internal enrollment side, the training side, the job selection side and the supply and demand side of the undergraduate graduates' employment supply side. And put forward the strategy of internal structural reform on the supply side of employment. The results show that the internal curriculum teaching, graduate practice, graduate academic achievement and employment entrepreneurship education have significant positive effects on the balance between supply and demand, and the scale of professional enrollment has a significant positive effect on the quality of talent training. And training process management, entrepreneurship education has a significant negative impact on the supply and demand balance of individual factors, and there are three ineffective supply influence paths. The measures to deepen the internal structural reform on the supply side of undergraduate graduates' employment include: balancing the structure of professional scale, optimizing the supply of professional resources, reforming the teaching management of courses, strengthening the cultivation of employability, deepening the reform of entrepreneurship courses, To realize the coordinated development of specialized courses, to reform the ineffective supply relationship, and to drive the effective supply influence path.
