【摘要】：隨著我國高等教育逐漸趨向大眾化,高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)壓力也隨之攀升,尤其是獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的就業(yè)遇到了更大的瓶頸。大學(xué)生的擇業(yè)意識對擇業(yè)行為具有指導(dǎo)作用,就業(yè)價(jià)值取向是獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀體系的重要組成部分。據(jù)調(diào)查,獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的就業(yè)價(jià)值取向隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展的變化而變化,這不僅反映了當(dāng)時(shí)獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的擇業(yè)心態(tài)和觀念,也凸顯了時(shí)代的變遷和社會的發(fā)展對其大學(xué)生擇業(yè)意識及行為的不同影響。如何正確認(rèn)識獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向的新變化,教育引導(dǎo)獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生形成適應(yīng)社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、使個(gè)人發(fā)展與社會需要相協(xié)調(diào)的擇業(yè)觀,是大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作面臨的重大難題。為了解獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向的現(xiàn)狀,做好獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作,本研究對西北師范大學(xué)知行學(xué)院、蘭州財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)隴橋?qū)W院、蘭州交通大學(xué)博文學(xué)院、蘭州財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)長青學(xué)院、蘭州理工大學(xué)技術(shù)工程學(xué)院等五所獨(dú)立院校的500名大三、大四的學(xué)生進(jìn)行隨機(jī)、分層、抽樣調(diào)查;通過運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)查閱、問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和理論分析等方法,分析甘肅獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向的主、客觀影響因素,立足于實(shí)際探究獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的就業(yè)心理并從政府、社會、學(xué)校、個(gè)人等四個(gè)方面著手,相應(yīng)提出了指導(dǎo)性的解決對策,旨在引導(dǎo)獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生樹立正確的擇業(yè)價(jià)值觀,以便實(shí)現(xiàn)順利就業(yè)。經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)甘肅獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的就業(yè)取向存在片面地追求功利化的傾向,除了客觀因素,主觀因素起了主導(dǎo)作用。現(xiàn)實(shí)中每當(dāng)獨(dú)立學(xué)院的大學(xué)生在擇業(yè)期望與社會需要發(fā)生相沖突時(shí),如何有效引導(dǎo)對獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和加強(qiáng)思想教育力度,不僅僅是高校的責(zé)任,更需要社會各界的共同努力。要對獨(dú)立學(xué)院大學(xué)生就業(yè)價(jià)值取向的研究取得實(shí)效,就必須注重其解決路徑和研究方法的實(shí)踐操作性,這也是今后進(jìn)一步研究的重點(diǎn)方向。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education in China, the employment pressure of college graduates is also rising, especially the employment of independent college students has encountered a greater bottleneck. The orientation of employment value is an important part of the value system of independent college students. According to the investigation, the employment value orientation of the independent college students changes with the development of the times, which not only reflects the attitude and concept of the independent college students at that time. It also highlights the different influences of the change of the times and the development of the society on the college students' career choice consciousness and behavior. How to correctly understand the new changes of the employment value orientation of the independent college students, and how to guide the independent college students to form a job selection view that adapts to the development of the socialist market economy and coordinates the personal development with the social needs. Is the university student employment guidance work faces the important difficult problem. In order to understand the status of employment value orientation of independent college students, and do a good job guidance work for independent college students, this study is aimed at Northwest normal University, Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics Longqiao College, Lanzhou Jiaotong University School of Bowen, 500 junior and senior students from five independent colleges, including Changqing College of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, Lanzhou University of Technology and Technology Engineering, conducted random, stratified and sample surveys. By means of mathematical statistics and theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the subjective and objective influencing factors of the employment value orientation of the college students in Gansu Independent College, and probes into the employment psychology of the students in the independent college from the perspective of the government, the society and the school. In order to guide the college students to set up the correct values of choosing a career, the author puts forward the corresponding guiding countermeasures in four aspects, such as individual and so on, in order to realize the smooth employment. Through investigation and research, it is found that the employment orientation of Gansu Independent College students has the tendency to pursue utilitarianism one-sidedly. Besides objective factors, subjective factors play a leading role. In reality, it is not only the responsibility of colleges and universities to effectively guide the employment guidance and strengthen the ideological education of independent college students when their expectation of choosing a career is in conflict with the needs of the society. We need the joint efforts of all walks of life. In order to obtain the actual effect of the research on the employment value orientation of the independent college students, we must pay attention to the practical operation of its solution and research method, which is also the key direction of further research in the future.
