論科學創(chuàng)新人才的一體化培養(yǎng)——來自諾貝爾獎獲得者的啟示

【摘要】:科學創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)是一個系統(tǒng)工程,早期科學教育與大學本科科學教育是基礎,應從"學前教育"到"本科教育"進行一體化規(guī)劃。近30年諾貝爾物理學、化學、生理學-醫(yī)學獎獲得者的自傳給我們的啟示是,必須構建一體化科學創(chuàng)新人才的基礎培養(yǎng)體系。"學前"的"科學啟蒙"重在激發(fā)兒童的好奇心、想象力和求知欲;中小學的"科學普及"突出感知科學、誘發(fā)科學激情和初步了解科學范式;大學本科階段的"基本科學訓練"最為重要,應重視名師對大學生的指導,讓大學生獲得足夠的"做"科學的基本訓練,為大學生提供專業(yè)選擇和課程選擇的自由。只有經(jīng)過這樣的一體化基礎培養(yǎng),這些未來的科學家才可能在日后的科學生涯實現(xiàn)科學創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of scientific innovation talents is a systematic project, and the early science education and undergraduate science education are the foundation, which should be integrated from "preschool education" to "undergraduate education". The inspiration from the autobiography of the Nobel Prize winners in physics, chemistry, physiology and medicine in the last 30 years is that we must build a basic training system for integrated scientific and innovative talents. " The "science enlightenment" of pre-school focuses on arousing children's curiosity, imagination and desire for knowledge, and the "popularization of science" in primary and secondary schools highlights perceptual science, induces scientific passion and preliminary understanding of scientific paradigm. The "basic science training" in undergraduate stage is the most important. We should pay attention to the guidance of famous teachers to college students, let them get enough "do" scientific basic training, and provide students with freedom of choice of major and course. It is only through such an integrated foundation that these future scientists will be able to achieve scientific innovation in their future scientific careers.
