【摘要】：針對以往生產(chǎn)實習中存在的問題,對機械工程專業(yè)生產(chǎn)實習進行改革。堅持以問題為導向,推出了提高生產(chǎn)實習質(zhì)量的系列改革舉措,包括生產(chǎn)實習的管理模式、實習基地建設(shè)、生產(chǎn)實習的過程管理以及調(diào)動學生實習主觀能動性等。經(jīng)費保障是推進生產(chǎn)實習改革的重要條件,而實習內(nèi)容落實則是關(guān)鍵。從改革效果來看,實習內(nèi)涵得到加強,提升了學生的實踐動手能力、崗位適應能力和就業(yè)競爭力。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the past production practice, the reform of production practice in mechanical engineering specialty is carried out. A series of reform measures have been put forward to improve the quality of production practice, including the management mode of production practice, the construction of practice base, the process management of production practice and the mobilization of students' subjective initiative. The guarantee of funds is an important condition to promote the reform of production practice, and the implementation of the content of practice is the key. From the point of view of the reform effect, the connotation of practice has been strengthened, and the students' practical ability, post adaptability and employment competitiveness have been enhanced.
