日本大學(xué)通識教育與專業(yè)教育的融合:發(fā)展歷程、特征與保障研究

【摘要】:通識教育向來是本科教學(xué)中的重要內(nèi)容,然而,不少的高校在面對通識教育與專業(yè)教育二者的關(guān)系時,卻出現(xiàn)了問題,或者存在不合理之處。論文堅持著通識教育與專業(yè)教育融合的觀念,向我國的鄰國借鑒經(jīng)驗,以期達(dá)到進(jìn)步,或者更好的批判性的思考的目標(biāo)。論文的開始敘述了論文的緣起、界定性概念、文獻(xiàn)綜述等重要內(nèi)容,還對論文如何進(jìn)行研究進(jìn)行了設(shè)計,總結(jié)出了日本大學(xué)通識教育與專業(yè)教育融合在人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、師資體現(xiàn)以及課程體現(xiàn)方面的現(xiàn)行方案與理念,為之后的論文寫作進(jìn)行了鋪墊。第一章著重于日本大學(xué)通識教育與專業(yè)教育融合的歷史發(fā)展,了解其融合的背景和發(fā)展歷程。日本大學(xué)的通識教育與專業(yè)教育融合主要經(jīng)歷了三個階段:通識教育與專業(yè)教育融合的萌芽階段,通識教育與專業(yè)教育紛爭的混沌階段,通識教育與專業(yè)教育的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展階段。整個過程中日本政府、學(xué)校、院系通力合作,相互支持,共同發(fā)展。第二章通過大量的中外文獻(xiàn)查找、閱讀和理解,從中歸納出日本大學(xué)通識教育與專業(yè)教育融合的突出特征:“專業(yè)”與“通識”并重的大學(xué)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),“雙軌制”的通識教育教師與專業(yè)教育教師培養(yǎng)模式,靈活系統(tǒng)的通識教育課程體系等。第三章,文章重點從日本的政府、大學(xué)和院系三個層面論述通識教育與專業(yè)教育融合的保障措施。政府出臺了《大學(xué)設(shè)置基準(zhǔn)》《21世紀(jì)的大學(xué)和今后的改革方策》等政策,要求重視通識教育、確保通識教育與專業(yè)教育的融合;大學(xué)從行動方針、通識教育教師培養(yǎng)制度等方面保障大學(xué)通識教育與專業(yè)教育的融合;學(xué)院層面主要從課程體系的建立等方面加以保證。第四章則是根據(jù)日本大學(xué)通識教育與專業(yè)教育融合的經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合我國的北京大學(xué)、復(fù)旦大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)、湖北大學(xué)的現(xiàn)行做法,提出了本土化的思考,以及相關(guān)的啟示。本論文在寫作之后,得出了一些有助于當(dāng)前我國院校實施的“通識教育”的建議,決心改變,博采他人之所長,必定能夠讓通識教育“發(fā)出耀眼的光芒”!
[Abstract]:General education has always been an important part of undergraduate teaching, however, many colleges and universities in the face of the relationship between general education and professional education, there are problems, or there are unreasonable places. The paper adheres to the concept of integration of general education and professional education and draws lessons from our neighboring countries in order to achieve the goal of progress or better critical thinking. The beginning of the paper describes the origin of the paper, the concept of definition, literature review and other important content, and how to design the paper, summed up the integration of general education and professional education in Japanese universities in the goal of talent training. The current plans and ideas of teachers and curriculum embodiment pave the way for the later writing of the thesis. The first chapter focuses on the historical development of the integration of general education and professional education in Japanese universities. The integration of general education and professional education in Japanese universities has experienced three stages: the budding stage of integration of general education and professional education, the chaotic stage of disputes between general education and professional education. The further development of general education and professional education. The whole process of the Japanese government, schools, colleges and departments of cooperation, mutual support, common development. The second chapter through a large number of Chinese and foreign literature search, reading and understanding, from which summed up the Japanese university general education and professional education integration of prominent characteristics: "major" and "general knowledge" equal emphasis on university professional talent training goals. The "double track" general education teachers and professional education teachers training mode, flexible and systematic general education curriculum system. In the third chapter, the paper discusses the guarantee measures of the integration of general education and professional education from three aspects of Japanese government, universities and faculties. The government has issued policies such as "the Standards for setting up Universities," Universities in the 21st Century, and future reform policies, "and other policies that require attention to general education, ensuring the integration of general education and professional education, and that universities follow the course of action. The system of teacher training in general education ensures the integration of general education and professional education, and the establishment of curriculum system at college level. The fourth chapter is based on the experience of the integration of general education and professional education in Japanese universities, combined with the current practice of Peking University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Hubei University. After writing, this paper draws some suggestions which are helpful to the implementation of "general education" in our country's colleges and universities. We are determined to change and take advantage of other people's talents, which will certainly make general education "shine brightly"!
