【摘要】：競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平是衡量大學(xué)能力的重要標(biāo)尺,明晰大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的形成機(jī)理與發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)于協(xié)調(diào)利益與教育的關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)的全面功能具有重要作用。目前大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論的研究貢獻(xiàn)主要集中在概念探究、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)與改革舉措方面,較少?gòu)南到y(tǒng)性、動(dòng)態(tài)性和發(fā)展性的角度來(lái)審視大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的演化過(guò)程。本論文通過(guò)吸收、借鑒組織競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的相關(guān)研究成果,圍繞大學(xué)的資源、能力和聲譽(yù)三方面,剖釋了大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的演化過(guò)程,發(fā)現(xiàn)了大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一般演化特征。研究以大學(xué)發(fā)展史為線索,運(yùn)用案例分析法,分析大學(xué)在學(xué)術(shù)中心分布、組織年齡與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力兩個(gè)維度上的演變歷史。歸納了大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一般演化特征:(1)大學(xué)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是聚沙成塔的累積,是與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的改革創(chuàng)新。在內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因素共同作用下,大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力要素因時(shí)代而變化。(2)大學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的演變過(guò)程遵循著一般組織競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的演化規(guī)律,但由于大學(xué)是一個(gè)追求真理、造福人類與社會(huì)的機(jī)構(gòu),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)速度相對(duì)緩慢,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)過(guò)程比較溫和,因而呈現(xiàn)出不同于企業(yè)組織的“低破壞性”、“聲譽(yù)歷久性”的演化特性。(3)對(duì)一所大學(xué)而言,發(fā)展階段不同,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力狀態(tài)也各有差異。一般存在三種態(tài)勢(shì):有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力狀態(tài)、無(wú)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力狀態(tài)和處于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力臨界點(diǎn),競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力態(tài)勢(shì)影響著學(xué)校改革方向和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)水平。隨著信息技術(shù)快速變革和全球化進(jìn)程不斷深入,大學(xué)未來(lái)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有兩個(gè)生長(zhǎng)點(diǎn):一是網(wǎng)絡(luò)為大學(xué)提供了潛在的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性資源,網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育的輸出量與輸入量或?qū)⒊蔀榇髮W(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力改革的一個(gè)方向;二是國(guó)際性的大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)構(gòu)或?qū)⒖紤]不同語(yǔ)種的的文獻(xiàn)引用率和影響力,用以評(píng)估一國(guó)的的科研貢獻(xiàn)力。
[Abstract]:The level of competitiveness is an important yardstick to measure the ability of a university, and to clarify the formation mechanism and development trend of the competitiveness of a university plays an important role in coordinating the relationship between interest and education and realizing the overall function of a university. At present, the research contributions of university competitiveness theory mainly focus on concept research, competitiveness evaluation and reform measures, and rarely examine the evolution process of university competitiveness from the perspective of systematization, dynamics and development. By absorbing and referring to the relevant research results of organizational competitiveness, this paper explains the evolution process of university competitiveness and finds the general evolution characteristics of university competitiveness around the resources, ability and reputation of the university. Taking the history of university development as the clue, the paper analyzes the evolution history of the university in the two dimensions of academic center distribution, organization age and competitiveness by using the case analysis method. This paper sums up the general evolutionary characteristics of university competitiveness: (1) the competitiveness of university is the accumulation of sand and the reform and innovation of keeping pace with the times. Under the joint action of internal and external environmental factors, the core competitive factors of university competitiveness change with the times.) the evolution process of university competitiveness follows the evolution law of general organization competitiveness, but the university is a pursuit of truth. For the benefit of human beings and society, the competition rate is relatively slow and the process of competition is relatively mild, thus showing a "low destructive", "reputation enduring" evolutionary characteristic, which is different for a university at a different stage of development. Competitive status is also different. Generally, there are three kinds of situation: competitive, uncompetitive and at the critical point of competitiveness, which affects the direction of school reform and the level of competition. With the rapid transformation of information technology and the deepening of globalization, the future competitiveness of universities has two growing points: first, the network provides universities with potentially competitive resources. The output and input of online education may become a direction of university competitiveness reform. Second, international university evaluation institutions may consider the citation rate and influence of different languages to evaluate the contribution of a country to scientific research.
