【摘要】：公民及公民教育的概念溯源于古希臘,當(dāng)今西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家從各自的歷史傳承和文化背景的實(shí)際出發(fā),形成了各具特色的公民教育的理論派別。在我國(guó),緊隨著改革開放以來社會(huì)主義政治文明不斷加快,黨的十七大報(bào)告上,胡錦濤總書記第一次將“公民教育”寫入我國(guó)黨代會(huì)的報(bào)告中,公民教育的理念日益被人們所關(guān)注人民的生活發(fā)生巨大轉(zhuǎn)變。努力培養(yǎng)出適合社會(huì)發(fā)展所需要的高道德素質(zhì)、適合時(shí)代進(jìn)步需求的優(yōu)秀公民已經(jīng)成為國(guó)家一項(xiàng)重要戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。然而,大學(xué)生作為我國(guó)知識(shí)儲(chǔ)備量和道德素質(zhì)都相對(duì)較高的社會(huì)群體,是國(guó)家發(fā)展必不可少的社會(huì)人才的組成部分,為此針對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生公民教育存在問題及對(duì)策的研究具有重要意義。本文宗旨是結(jié)合公民教育和思想政治教育的理論基礎(chǔ)對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生公民教育存在問題及解決對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究,全文分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分為緒論內(nèi)容,介紹課題研究的目的和研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、以及主要研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分介紹了公民、公民教育以及我國(guó)公民教育的內(nèi)涵。第三部分介紹了我國(guó)大學(xué)生公民教育存在問題及成因分析。第四部分針對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生公民教育存在的問題提出解決對(duì)策,全文主要從四個(gè)方面著手理清大學(xué)生公民教育思路、實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生公民教育的內(nèi)容法制教育和德育教育的統(tǒng)一、探索大學(xué)生公民教育的新途徑,提高大學(xué)生公民教育的實(shí)效性的內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The concept of citizenship and civic education originated in ancient Greece. Nowadays, the western developed countries have formed different theoretical schools of civic education from their own historical heritage and cultural background. In China, following the accelerating pace of socialist political civilization since the reform and opening up, General Secretary Hu Jintao for the first time included "civic education" in the report of the Party Congress on the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. People pay more and more attention to the concept of civic education. It has become an important strategic goal for the country to cultivate excellent citizens who meet the needs of social development and social development. However, as a social group with relatively high knowledge reserve and moral quality, college students are an integral part of the social talents necessary for the development of the country. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the problems and countermeasures of civic education of college students in China. The purpose of this paper is to study the existing problems and solutions of civic education of college students in China based on the theoretical basis of civic education and ideological and political education. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction. This paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research, the research status at home and abroad, as well as the main research methods and innovations. The second part introduces the connotation of citizen, civic education and civic education in our country. The third part introduces the problems and causes of civic education of college students in China. The fourth part puts forward the solutions to the problems existing in the civic education of college students in our country. The full text tries to clarify the ideas of civic education of college students from four aspects and realize the unity of legal education and moral education in the content of civic education for college students. To explore a new way of civic education for college students, and to improve the content of effectiveness of civic education for college students.
