【摘要】：將高校教師的行為界定為教學(xué)和科研方面的行為,通過構(gòu)建靜態(tài)博弈模型,分析高校教師在教學(xué)和科研領(lǐng)域的投入數(shù)量來探討教師的行為取向。結(jié)果顯示,由于科研成果的顯性和教學(xué)成果的隱性,呈現(xiàn)出資源向科研領(lǐng)域集中、教學(xué)領(lǐng)域資源分配不足的狀況,從而解釋了我國高校普遍存在的"重科研、輕教學(xué)"的現(xiàn)象。為了減輕抑或消除教師行為偏差對教學(xué)的危害,高等學(xué)校有必要建立比較完善的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,需要建立起高校和教師的溝通機(jī)制、表達(dá)機(jī)制、認(rèn)同機(jī)制和協(xié)作機(jī)制,矯正高校教師的行為偏差,將科研和教學(xué)更好地結(jié)合起來,促進(jìn)高校的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The behavior of college teachers is defined as the behavior of teaching and scientific research. By constructing a static game model, this paper analyzes the amount of investment in teaching and scientific research to explore the behavior orientation of teachers. The results show that due to the dominance of scientific research achievements and the recessive teaching achievements, the resources are concentrated in the scientific research field and the resources in the teaching field are insufficient, thus explaining the phenomenon of "emphasizing scientific research rather than teaching" in Chinese universities and colleges. In order to reduce or eliminate the harm of teachers' behavior deviation to teaching, it is necessary for colleges and universities to set up relatively perfect incentive mechanism, and to establish communication mechanism, expression mechanism, identity mechanism and cooperation mechanism between university and teachers. In order to improve the development of colleges and universities, the teachers' behavior deviation should be corrected and scientific research and teaching should be better combined.
