【摘要】：高校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化、專家化發(fā)展是一個工作范疇逐漸規(guī)范、專業(yè)內(nèi)涵逐漸豐富、社會認(rèn)同逐漸增強的過程,也是一個輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)共同體構(gòu)建的過程。目前,高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)共同體存在職業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)拸V但專業(yè)學(xué)科分散、理論涵蓋不足等問題,迫切需要通過構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)的"高校輔導(dǎo)員"學(xué)科、設(shè)立"高校輔導(dǎo)員"專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位、建立"高校輔導(dǎo)員"榮譽機制、制定"高校輔導(dǎo)員"獨立職稱體系來破解輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)共同體的困境,進一步推動輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The professional, professional and expert development of college counselors is a process of gradually standardizing the work category, enriching the professional connotation and strengthening the social identity, as well as the process of constructing the professional community of the counselors. At present, there are some problems in the professional community of college counselors, such as wide professional field, scattered professional disciplines, insufficient theoretical coverage, and so on. Therefore, it is urgent to set up a master's degree in college counselors through the construction of a systematic discipline of "college counselors". Establishing "college counselors" honor mechanism, establishing "university counselors" independent title system to solve the plight of counselors' professional community, further promoting the professionalization and professional development of counselors.
