【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展和科學技術的快速進步,人類已經(jīng)不可避免地步入了一個"風險社會"階段。尤其是對于正處在社會轉(zhuǎn)型期的中國來說,面臨著來自國內(nèi)社會轉(zhuǎn)型和全球化新風險的雙重威脅。每一個社會成員都能感受到風險的逼近,切身體會到風險帶來的深刻影響。大學生作為高等教育的實施對象,是國家、民族和社會的未來,他們的成長和發(fā)展也同樣離不開"風險社會"這個大環(huán)境。大學生個體在成長成才的道路上,會面臨著多種類型的風險沖擊,其價值觀念、思維模式和行為方式都受到了深刻的影響。問題就是時代的口號,是它表現(xiàn)自己精神狀態(tài)的最實際的呼聲。高校學生思想政治工作要做到因事而化、因時而進、因勢而新,必須把大學生風險防范意識教育融入高校思想政治教育體系中。加強大學生風險防范意識教育已經(jīng)成為高校教育工作一項迫切的任務,無論在學術界還是在大眾文化視野中都認識到了這一點。加強大學生風險防范意識教育具有重大理論價值和實踐意義,它有助于增強大學生思想政治教育的實效性和針對性;有助于全面提升大學生的綜合素質(zhì),真正實現(xiàn)成長成才;有助于深化拓展國家素質(zhì)教育內(nèi)容,實現(xiàn)高等教育目標;有助于構(gòu)建中國特色社會主義和諧社會。從歷史角度對"風險"一詞進行概念分析是本課題的研究切入點,進而對"風險防范意識"、"風險防范意識教育"進行了概念解析。從主觀和客觀兩個方面界定了大學生風險意識教育的內(nèi)涵和構(gòu)成要素,指出包括:風險知識教育、風險心理健康教育、風險行為教育和風險責任教育四個方面。其次,闡述了高校思想政治教育和大學生風險防范意識教育的內(nèi)在關系,挖掘出了兩者的架構(gòu)融合點。兩者在教育目標功能上相互融合,教育價值體現(xiàn)上相互一致,教育具體內(nèi)容上相互貫通。加強大學生風險防范意識教育有利于實現(xiàn)思想政治教育的個體價值和社會價值,體現(xiàn)思想政治教育的主動性和超越性;有助于增強思想政治教育內(nèi)容的實效性和針對性;也是高校學生思想政治工作人本轉(zhuǎn)向的必然選擇。接著,詳細分析了當前大學生風險防范意識的現(xiàn)狀。并針對存在的主要問題以及大學生遭遇到的風險困境做了重點闡述。大學生風險防范意識教育存在著:高校領導認識不足,重視不夠;教育者風險防范知識匱乏,應對風險能力不強;風險防范意識教育課程缺失和教育環(huán)境有待改善,建設遭遇瓶頸。大學生個體會面臨學業(yè)風險、道德風險、情感風險、生命健康風險、網(wǎng)絡風險等多種類型的風險沖擊,普遍存在風險防范知識缺乏、風險防范心理不健康,深陷心理疾病困境、風險防范行為與應急能力缺乏、風險責任意識淡薄等問題。究其原因,多為傳統(tǒng)思想的消極影響、網(wǎng)絡及自媒體的負面作用、相關制度不完善及大學生自身問題等。最后,鑒于這些問題和原因,筆者從思想政治教育視野下進行了對策探討,詳細闡述了思想政治教育原則、理論、方法以及思想政教育的日常有效載體對大學生風險防范意識教育工作的指導,這些為高校思想政治教育中加強大學生風險意識教育指出了具體的努力方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society and the rapid progress of science and technology, mankind has inevitably stepped into a "risk society" stage, especially for China, in the period of social transition, facing a double threat from the new risks of social transformation and globalization. Every member of society can feel the risk. As the object of higher education, college students are the future of the country, nation and society. Their growth and development are also inseparable from the "risk society". In the course of growing up, college students will face a variety of types of risk impact, their values and thoughts. The question is the slogan of the times and the most practical voice of its own state of mind. The ideological and political work of college students must be done for the reasons, and the students' risk prevention education must be integrated into the ideological and political education system of college. The awareness education of College Students' risk prevention has become an urgent task in college education work. It has been recognized in both academic and popular cultural fields. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to strengthen the awareness education of risk prevention for college students. It helps to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of College students and to enhance the effectiveness of College Students' Ideological and political education. It is helpful to promote the comprehensive quality of college students and truly realize the growth of the students; to deepen the development of the content of the national quality education, to achieve the goal of higher education, and to build a harmonious society with Chinese characteristics. The concept analysis of the word "risk" from a historical perspective is the breakthrough point of this subject, and then the "wind" is the "wind". "Risk prevention consciousness", "risk prevention awareness education" is a concept analysis. From two aspects of subjective and objective definition, the connotation and elements of College Students' risk awareness education are defined, including four aspects: risk knowledge education, risk psychological health education, risk behavior education and risk liability education. Secondly, the ideological and political education of colleges and universities is expounded. The internal relationship between education and college students' risk prevention awareness education has excavated the integration point of the two. Both of them are integrated in the function of educational objectives, the educational value is consistent with each other, and the specific content of education is interconnected. It will reflect the initiative and Transcendence of Ideological and political education; it helps to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the content of Ideological and political education; it is also an inevitable choice for the ideological and political workers of college students. Then, the present situation of the risk prevention awareness of college students is analyzed in detail. The risk predicament has been emphasized. The awareness education of College Students' risk prevention exists: lack of knowledge of university leaders, lack of attention, lack of knowledge of risk prevention of educators, lack of ability to deal with risk, lack of curriculum for awareness of risk prevention education and improvement of educational environment and bottleneck of construction. Risk, moral risk, emotional risk, life health risk, network risk and many other types of risk impact, such as the lack of knowledge of risk prevention, risk prevention, mental health, psychological disease, lack of risk prevention and emergency ability and weak risk liability. The reason is the negative shadow of traditional thought. The negative effects of network and self media, the imperfect related system and the problem of college students themselves. Finally, in view of these problems and reasons, the author discusses the countermeasures from the perspective of Ideological and political education, and expounds the principles, theories, methods and the daily effective carrier of Ideological and political education on the risk prevention of college students. The guidance of consciousness education has pointed out specific efforts for strengthening the risk awareness education of college students in Ideological and political education.
