高校輔導(dǎo)員配置和工作模式的改革與創(chuàng)新——以促進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化專業(yè)化為目標(biāo)的考察

【摘要】:現(xiàn)行的高校輔導(dǎo)員配置和工作模式為"個人包保制",該模式在明確工作主體責(zé)任、維護(hù)辦學(xué)和校園的安全穩(wěn)定方面發(fā)揮了積極的作用,但也存在與專業(yè)化要求相背離、職責(zé)不清、容易形成個人獨(dú)斷、有違教育公平、難以滿足學(xué)生多方面發(fā)展需要等弊端。為克服這些弊端,應(yīng)打破院系各自為政的輔導(dǎo)員配置和工作模式,在全校范圍內(nèi)組建由"初級、中級、高級"輔導(dǎo)員構(gòu)成的三人"一線組"和能覆蓋輔導(dǎo)員九大功能的由若干名"高級"輔導(dǎo)員組成的"專家組",用"團(tuán)隊合作制"替代以院系為單位的"個人包保制"。團(tuán)隊合作制實(shí)現(xiàn)了輔導(dǎo)員工作主體的資歷、經(jīng)驗和專業(yè)的分工合作與功能互補(bǔ),有利于推進(jìn)輔導(dǎo)員隊伍的職業(yè)化專業(yè)化發(fā)展,提升大學(xué)生思想政治教育的科學(xué)化水平,更好地適應(yīng)大學(xué)生健康成長順利成才的多方面發(fā)展需要。
[Abstract]:The current allocation and work mode of college counselors is "personal insurance system". This model has played a positive role in defining the responsibility of the main body of work, maintaining the safety and stability of school running and campus, but it also deviates from the requirements of specialization, is not clear of responsibilities, is easy to form individual independence, is contrary to educational fairness, and is difficult to meet the students' many aspects. To overcome these drawbacks, to overcome these disadvantages, we should break down the configuration and work mode of the counselors of each department, set up the "first line group" composed of "junior, intermediate and advanced" counselors in the whole school, and the "expert group" composed of several "senior" counselors, which can cover the nine functions of the counselors, and replace the "team cooperation" system. The team cooperation system has realized the seniority of the main body of the counselor, the experience and the professional cooperation and function, which will help promote the professional and professional development of the counselor team, improve the scientific level of the ideological and political education of the college students, and better adapt to the successful success of the healthy growth of the college students. The need for multifaceted development.
