【摘要】：本文先是通過因子分析的方法探究影響高校教師工作績效的主要因素,并運用SPSS軟件結合多元回歸法判別各個因素對其的影響程度。研究結果顯示,影響高校教師工作績效的主要因素是共有六個方面,其中體制及資源、積極心理狀態(tài)和團隊和領導支持對科研績效和教學績效的正向影響效果最為明顯。
[Abstract]:This paper first explores the main factors that affect the performance of college teachers by means of factor analysis, and uses the SPSS software and multiple regression to determine the influence degree of each factor. The results show that the main factors affecting the performance of college teachers are six aspects, including the system and resources, and the positive psychological state. The positive impact of team support and leadership support on research performance and teaching performance is most obvious.
