【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型和我國高等教育大眾化進程的不斷推進,人才需求結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了巨大的調(diào)整,畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢嚴(yán)峻,就業(yè)問題吸引了社會各方面的廣泛關(guān)注。專業(yè)對口程度作為就業(yè)質(zhì)量的重要評價指標(biāo)是衡量大學(xué)生人力資源開發(fā)與利用有效程度的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對專業(yè)對口問題的探究有助于深層次了解畢業(yè)生所在崗位上對于高校培養(yǎng)的真正需求,對高校培養(yǎng)的調(diào)整有著深刻的意義。基于此,本研究采用問卷調(diào)查法對工作1—6年的本科畢業(yè)生就業(yè)與專業(yè)對口程度進行調(diào)查,了解畢業(yè)生的總體對口情況;進一步站在學(xué)生的角度,對19名畢業(yè)生進行深度訪談,借鑒扎根理論編碼方式對訪談資料進行分析、歸納和整合,探究畢業(yè)生對于專業(yè)對口的定義態(tài)度、對口程度低的原因及對職業(yè)生涯的影響,并對高校提出相關(guān)的建議。主要結(jié)論如下:對口的定義應(yīng)從畢業(yè)生學(xué)用匹配和崗位對專業(yè)技能的需求兩方面衡量;專業(yè)對口程度是擇業(yè)的重要考慮因素之一,但不占有決定性地位;總體而言,約50%本科畢業(yè)生專業(yè)對口程度較高,25%較低,不同行業(yè)、崗位和企業(yè)類型的畢業(yè)生存在明顯差異;不符合個人預(yù)期、就業(yè)競爭的影響、專業(yè)選擇失誤和學(xué)校培養(yǎng)問題是對口程度低的主要原因;部分崗位的專業(yè)限制對畢業(yè)生求職產(chǎn)生一定影響,但對口程度對實際工作中薪酬、發(fā)展等影響較小;大部分畢業(yè)生對于專業(yè)對口所持態(tài)度為不必執(zhí)著,適合自己就好。畢業(yè)生期待高校能夠給予高考前專業(yè)報考指導(dǎo)和就業(yè)指導(dǎo),降低轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)門檻;調(diào)整個別與社會需求差異較大的專業(yè);調(diào)整個別的專業(yè)學(xué)制以確保學(xué)生具備足夠的專業(yè)技能;課程內(nèi)容與時俱進;重視實習(xí)實踐環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of economy and industry and the promotion of the popularization of higher education in our country, the structure of talent demand has been greatly adjusted, the employment situation of graduates is grim, and the employment problem has attracted wide attention from all aspects of society.As an important evaluation index of employment quality, the degree of professional counterpart is an important standard to measure the effective degree of human resource development and utilization of college students.It is helpful to understand the real demand for college training on the post of graduates, and to adjust the training of colleges and universities.Based on this, this research adopts the questionnaire method to investigate the degree of employment and professional counterpart of undergraduate graduates who have worked for 1-6 years, to understand the overall corresponding situation of graduates, and to further stand in the perspective of students.In this paper, 19 graduates were interviewed in depth, the interview data were analyzed, summarized and integrated with the coding method of rooted theory, and the definition attitude of graduates to professional counterpart, the reasons for the low degree of matching and the influence on career were explored.And puts forward the related suggestion to the university.The main conclusions are as follows: the definition of counterpart should be measured in terms of the matching of academic use of graduates and the demand for professional skills in the post; the degree of professional counterpart is one of the important considerations but not the decisive factor in choosing a job; overall,About 50% of undergraduate graduates have a higher degree of professional counterpart and 25% have lower professional counterparts. There are significant differences among graduates in different industries, positions and types of enterprises, and the impact of employment competition is not in line with individual expectations.The main reasons for the low corresponding degree are the error of major selection and the problem of school training, the professional restriction of some posts has a certain influence on the graduates' job search, but the corresponding degree has little effect on the salary and development of the actual work.Most of the graduates for professional counterparts for the attitude of not obsessive, suitable for their own good.Graduates expect colleges and universities to give guidance to apply for and obtain employment before the college entrance examination, to reduce the threshold of major transfer, to adjust individual majors which are different from social needs, to adjust individual professional structure to ensure that students have sufficient professional skills;The content of the course keeps pace with the times and attaches importance to the practice.
