【摘要】:從2006年起在全國(guó)各高等院校開(kāi)始實(shí)施的新一輪思想政治理論課教育教學(xué)改革,到2016年全國(guó)高校思想政治工作會(huì)議的召開(kāi),十年的發(fā)展改革歷程,對(duì)于我國(guó)高校思想政治理論課教育的要求不斷深化和改變,而在這一變革過(guò)程中,對(duì)于承擔(dān)高校思想政治理論課教育的任課教師也隨之提出了迫切的轉(zhuǎn)變要求,這支理論課教師隊(duì)伍水平的高低,直接關(guān)系著高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)成果的顯現(xiàn),而如何將這支理論課教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)成為符合時(shí)代要求的群體,成為一個(gè)重要的突破口和關(guān)鍵的研究課題。從近幾年我國(guó)教師隊(duì)伍的年齡來(lái)看,思想政治教育工作者普遍趨于年輕化,青年教育工作者的政治覺(jué)悟、職業(yè)精神、教育理念以及教育水平等等綜合素質(zhì)直接影響到高校思想政治課的教學(xué)質(zhì)量和整體水平。因此,如何培養(yǎng)并建立一支優(yōu)秀的高素質(zhì)思想政治理論課教師隊(duì)伍就顯得尤為關(guān)鍵。本論文共分五部分,第一部分為緒論,主要介紹論文的選題背景、意義及創(chuàng)新之處等;第二部分主要介紹高校思想政治教育和教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的一般理論;第三部分結(jié)合調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的相關(guān)結(jié)果分析寧夏高校思想政治理論課隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀;第四部分主要介紹寧夏高校在思想政治教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題,并從主客觀(guān)兩方面分析產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因;第五部分提出推進(jìn)寧夏思想政治教育教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的相關(guān)途徑和建議,并對(duì)本課題進(jìn)行全面總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:From the new round of educational reform of ideological and political theory, which began to be carried out in colleges and universities throughout the country in 2006, to the convening of the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities in 2016, and the course of development and reform in the past ten years,The requirements of ideological and political theory education in colleges and universities in our country have been deepened and changed constantly, and in the process of this reform, the teachers who undertake the ideological and political theory course education in colleges and universities have put forward the urgent change request.The level of the teaching staff of this theoretical course is directly related to the manifestation of the teaching achievements of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and how to build the teaching team of this theoretical course into a group that meets the requirements of the times.It has become an important breakthrough and a key research topic.Judging from the age of our teachers in recent years, ideological and political educators have generally tended to become younger, and young educators have become politically conscious and professional.The teaching quality of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is directly influenced by the educational concept and educational level.Therefore, how to cultivate and establish a high-quality ideological and political theory teachers is particularly critical.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is introduction, mainly introduces the background, significance and innovation of the thesis, the second part mainly introduces the general theory of ideological and political education and teacher team building in colleges and universities.The third part analyzes the current situation of ideological and political theory teaching team construction in Ningxia colleges and universities with the related results of the questionnaire. The fourth part mainly introduces the problems existing in the construction of ideological and political education teachers in Ningxia colleges and universities.The fifth part puts forward the relevant ways and suggestions to promote the construction of ideological and political education teachers in Ningxia, and summarizes this topic comprehensively.
