【摘要】：當(dāng)下,"高校貸"在發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)了一些令人擔(dān)憂的問題。正確看待財(cái)富、學(xué)會(huì)理性消費(fèi)、建立健康積極的財(cái)富觀已成大學(xué)生需要補(bǔ)上的一課。有關(guān)高校貸的調(diào)查顯示,部分學(xué)生深受非理性消費(fèi)觀影響,不同程度地存在超前、追風(fēng)、攀比、享樂和炫耀等不良消費(fèi)心理,高校對(duì)學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀、財(cái)富觀的培養(yǎng)亟需增強(qiáng)。無論從學(xué)術(shù)研究角度觀察,還是從具體實(shí)施角度判斷,中國高校的財(cái)富觀教育都是遲滯的。這些問題的解決,需靠國家、高校和家庭各司其職、各盡所能、各負(fù)其責(zé)、關(guān)聯(lián)互動(dòng)。2017年9月6日,教育部發(fā)文再次強(qiáng)調(diào):任何網(wǎng)貸機(jī)構(gòu)不允許向在校大學(xué)生發(fā)放貸款。與此同時(shí),各高校需要多措并舉、務(wù)實(shí)溫情、內(nèi)外兼顧,加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生消費(fèi)問題的預(yù)防、應(yīng)對(duì)和監(jiān)管,確保學(xué)生健康消費(fèi),樹立科學(xué)理性的財(cái)富觀、消費(fèi)觀。
[Abstract]:At present, there are some worrying problems in the development of university loan.It has become a lesson for college students to treat wealth correctly, learn rational consumption and establish healthy and positive view of wealth.The investigation on college loan shows that some students are deeply influenced by irrational consumption view, and there are some bad consumption psychology in different degree, such as leading, chasing wind, comparing, enjoying and showing off, etc. The cultivation of students' correct values and view of wealth in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened urgently.From the point of view of academic research and from the point of view of concrete implementation, the education of wealth view in Chinese colleges and universities is lagging behind.The solution to these problems depends on the state, universities and families, each doing its best, each of them responsible and interactive. On September 6, 2017, the Ministry of Education again stressed that no online lending institution is allowed to grant loans to college students.At the same time, colleges and universities need to do more, pragmatic warmth, both inside and outside, to strengthen the prevention, response and supervision of student consumption problems, to ensure healthy consumption of students, to establish a scientific and rational view of wealth, consumption view.
