【摘要】：獨立學(xué)院是我國高等教育辦學(xué)體制改革創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)物,由國有資本、集體資本、民營資本、個體資本、外資等不同所有制的兩個及以上投資主體共同合作舉辦,具有混合所有制的典型特征。完善獨立學(xué)院混合所有制辦學(xué)模式,對于破解獨立學(xué)院發(fā)展中面臨的理論和實踐難題以及推進治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化具有積極意義。
[Abstract]:The independent college is the product of the reform and innovation of the higher education system in China. It is jointly organized by two or more investors with different ownership, such as state-owned capital, collective capital, private capital, individual capital, foreign capital, etc.A typical feature of mixed ownership.Perfecting the mode of mixed ownership of independent colleges is of great significance to solve the theoretical and practical problems in the development of independent colleges and to promote the modernization of governance system and ability.
