【摘要】：意識形態(tài)話語權(quán)的爭奪關(guān)乎政權(quán)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán),關(guān)乎國家的性質(zhì)和道路,關(guān)乎國家前途命運(yùn)。今天世界各國的較量已從傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和軍事領(lǐng)域轉(zhuǎn)移到以價值觀輸出為核心的意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域。面對國際國內(nèi)復(fù)雜的形勢,西方資本主義國家在意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域加緊對中國實(shí)施“西化”和“分化”企圖實(shí)行和平演變。新疆特殊的地緣政治、資源優(yōu)勢、區(qū)情社情更加成為敵對勢力分裂中國的突破口。作為培養(yǎng)社會主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的新疆高校,在研究和宣傳馬克思主義理論鞏固社會主義辦學(xué)陣地的同時,受到各種不良社會思潮的影響,成為意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域這場沒有硝煙戰(zhàn)爭的主戰(zhàn)場。如何打贏意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域這場持久戰(zhàn)和攻堅戰(zhàn),牢牢鞏固馬克思主義在意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的指導(dǎo)地位,對于有效抵御“三股勢力”維護(hù)意識形態(tài)安全實(shí)現(xiàn)新疆的社會穩(wěn)定、長治久安和偉大復(fù)興的中國夢、實(shí)現(xiàn)立德樹人的教育目標(biāo)、實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生的健康成長成才意義深遠(yuǎn)。本文從當(dāng)前新疆高校意識形態(tài)的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對新疆高校馬克思主義意識形態(tài)話語權(quán)問題進(jìn)行研究,從基本理論出發(fā)梳理不同時空和場域下的馬克思主義意識形態(tài)話語權(quán),并從話語主客體、話語內(nèi)容、話語方式和話語效果等方面闡釋話語權(quán)的基本內(nèi)涵,結(jié)合當(dāng)前形勢分析鞏固和加強(qiáng)馬克思主義意識形態(tài)話語權(quán)的時代價值,通過對新疆六所高校的實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析影響新疆高校意識形態(tài)話語權(quán)面臨的當(dāng)代境遇,總結(jié)取得成效的基礎(chǔ)上面臨的挑戰(zhàn)有:西方社會思潮、多元文化和宗教滲透帶來的話語博弈;網(wǎng)絡(luò)新媒體異軍突起帶來的話語選擇多樣化;少數(shù)民族師生國家通用語水平不足導(dǎo)致馬克思主義理論話語傳播弱化;馬克思主義意識形態(tài)解釋現(xiàn)實(shí)世界的能力需要提高;馬克思主義意識形態(tài)中國化、時代化與本土化能力有待加強(qiáng)。最后提出從加強(qiáng)馬克思主義意識形態(tài)教育,夯實(shí)話語理論基礎(chǔ);與時俱進(jìn),全方位多渠道搭建馬克思主義意識形態(tài)話語載體和平臺;以人為本,凝心聚力解決好師生思想和利益的契合增強(qiáng)話語能力;優(yōu)化原則,建立馬克思主義意識形態(tài)話語權(quán)建設(shè)機(jī)制保障話語效果的構(gòu)建路徑和對策。
[Abstract]:The struggle for ideological discourse is related to the power and leadership, the nature and road of the country, and the future and destiny of the country.Today, the struggle between countries in the world has shifted from the traditional economic and military fields to the ideological field with the output of values as the core.In the face of complicated international and domestic situation, western capitalist countries have stepped up their "westernization" and "differentiation" in the ideological field in an attempt to carry out peaceful evolution.Xinjiang's special geopolitical, resource advantages and regional situation have become a breakthrough for hostile forces to split China.Xinjiang colleges and universities, as qualified constructors and reliable successors of socialism, are influenced by various unhealthy social trends while studying and propagating Marxism theory to consolidate the socialist educational position.To become the ideological field this no smoke war the main battlefield.How to win this protracted war and offensive battle in the ideological field, and firmly consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the ideological field, so as to effectively resist the "three forces" to maintain ideological security and achieve social stability in Xinjiang.Chinese Dream, who has a long and peaceful life and a great rejuvenation, has a profound significance in realizing the goal of education and the healthy growth of college students.Based on the current situation of Xinjiang university ideology, this paper studies the discourse rights of Marxist ideology in Xinjiang universities, and combs the discourse rights of Marxist ideology in different time, space and field from the basic theory.It also explains the basic connotation of discourse right from the aspects of subject and object, content, mode and effect of discourse, and analyzes and strengthens the value of discourse right of Marxist ideology in the light of the current situation.Through the field investigation of six universities in Xinjiang, this paper analyzes the contemporary situation that affects the ideological discourse right of Xinjiang universities and colleges, and summarizes the challenges on the basis of the achievements: the western social trend of thought,The discourse game brought by multi-culture and religious infiltration, the diversity of discourse choice brought by the emergence of new network media, the deficiency of the common language level of minority teachers and students, and the weakening of Marxist theoretical discourse communication;The ability of Marxist ideology to explain the real world needs to be improved, and the Chinese, epochal and local capabilities of Marxist ideology need to be strengthened.Finally, the author puts forward to strengthen Marxist ideological education, consolidate the theoretical basis of discourse, keep pace with the times, build Marxist ideological discourse carrier and platform in all directions and multiple channels, take the people as the basis,Focusing on solving the unity of teachers and students' thoughts and interests to enhance the discourse ability, optimizing the principle, establishing the construction mechanism of discourse right of Marxist ideology to ensure the construction path and countermeasures of discourse effect.
