【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)和社會(huì)信息化的發(fā)展,大數(shù)據(jù)已經(jīng)成為了這個(gè)時(shí)代最突出的標(biāo)志之一。大數(shù)據(jù)在社會(huì)的各個(gè)方面都有著極為廣泛的應(yīng)用,特別是大數(shù)據(jù)在教育中的實(shí)踐和運(yùn)用,在很大程度上促進(jìn)了教育的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展。高等教育具有悠久的歷史,在其不斷發(fā)展的過程中曾多次受益于技術(shù)變革和社會(huì)進(jìn)化的推動(dòng),如今,時(shí)間之矢指向大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,高等教育的發(fā)展必將會(huì)受到大數(shù)據(jù)的深刻影響。大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)高等教育的改變散見于高等教育的諸多方面,這些改變直接、間接地影響著高等教育發(fā)展,我們得以期盼大數(shù)據(jù)在高等教育發(fā)展的過程中發(fā)揮出創(chuàng)新性的影響,推動(dòng)高等教育向個(gè)性化、普及化、共享化的高等教育發(fā)展。大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)高等教育發(fā)展的影響主要體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面:一方面是直接影響,體現(xiàn)在大數(shù)據(jù)直接作用于高等教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的影響,另一方面是間接影響,體現(xiàn)在大數(shù)據(jù)作用于高等教育的四大職能的發(fā)揮,從而影響高等教育發(fā)展�；诖�,本文就大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)高等教育發(fā)展的影響進(jìn)行了相對(duì)系統(tǒng)的研究。第一部分,作為本文的基礎(chǔ)部分,主要內(nèi)容包括問題的提出、研究背景和意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究思路和方法等內(nèi)容,重點(diǎn)梳理了大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代背景的形成與重要性,并且對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用于教育、高等教育領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)行了分類闡述。第二部分,基于本研究對(duì)高等教育發(fā)展和大數(shù)據(jù)概念的理解與界定,探尋“大數(shù)據(jù)—高等教育—高等教育發(fā)展”的作用邏輯,明確大數(shù)據(jù)與高等教育發(fā)展的動(dòng)力關(guān)聯(lián)以及大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)高等教育特征的改變,確定大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)高等教育直接影響與間接影響的邏輯框架,并以此為藍(lán)本刻畫大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)高等教育發(fā)展的具體影響。第三部分,針對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)高等教育發(fā)展的直接影響與間接影響進(jìn)行研究,主要從大數(shù)據(jù)作用于高等教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)的角度分析其直接影響,借助于教育技術(shù)學(xué)的五大范疇,分別從教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)媒體開發(fā)、教學(xué)技術(shù)產(chǎn)品利用、教學(xué)管理、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)五個(gè)方面具體闡述大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)高等教育發(fā)展的直接影響研究;在間接影響方面,則從大數(shù)據(jù)作用于高等教育職能發(fā)揮的角度予以分析,從高等教育人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會(huì)服務(wù)、文化傳承與創(chuàng)新四個(gè)職能方面具體考察大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)高等教育發(fā)展的間接影響。第四部分,對(duì)大數(shù)據(jù)作用于高等教育發(fā)展時(shí)可能遇到的問題進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn)大數(shù)據(jù)自身的局限和來自高等教育自身的阻力是大數(shù)據(jù)難以充分發(fā)揮促進(jìn)高等教育發(fā)展作用的原因,對(duì)此提出推動(dòng)大數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)高等教育發(fā)展有效應(yīng)用的對(duì)策:首先,充分認(rèn)識(shí)大數(shù)據(jù)并在高等教育領(lǐng)域積極推廣大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用;其次,整合數(shù)據(jù)資源并建立支撐大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用平臺(tái),給予大數(shù)據(jù)良好的應(yīng)用環(huán)境;再次,建立大數(shù)據(jù)安全使用規(guī)范保障大數(shù)據(jù)的合理應(yīng)用;最后,重視培養(yǎng)大數(shù)據(jù)人才并建設(shè)大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)人才隊(duì)伍,為大數(shù)據(jù)的有效應(yīng)用提供人力支持。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and social informatization, big data has become one of the most prominent symbols of this era.Big data has been widely used in all aspects of society, especially the practice and application of big data in education, which to a great extent has promoted the progress and development of education.Higher education has a long history and has benefited from technological change and social evolution many times during its continuous development. Nowadays, the development of higher education is bound to be deeply influenced by big data in the time of big data.Big data's changes in higher education are scattered in many aspects of higher education. These changes directly and indirectly affect the development of higher education, and we can expect big data to play an innovative role in the development of higher education.Promote higher education to individualize, popularize, and share the development of higher education.Big data's influence on the development of higher education is mainly reflected in two aspects: on the one hand, the direct influence, reflected in the direct effect of big data on the teaching activities of higher education, and on the other hand, the indirect influence.It is embodied in the exertion of big data's four functions in higher education, thus affecting the development of higher education.Based on this, this paper makes a relatively systematic study on big data's influence on the development of higher education.The first part, as the basic part of this paper, mainly includes the questions raised, the research background and significance, literature review, research ideas and methods, etc., focusing on the formation and importance of big data era background.And big data applied in the field of education and higher education are classified and expounded.The second part, based on the understanding and definition of the development of higher education and big data's concept, explores the logic of the function of "big data-higher education-higher education development".Make clear the dynamic relation between big data and the development of higher education, change the characteristics of traditional higher education by big data, and determine the logical frame of the direct and indirect influence on the higher education of big data.And this as a blueprint to portray big data's specific impact on the development of higher education.The third part, aiming at the direct and indirect influence of big data on the development of higher education, mainly analyzes its direct influence from the perspective of big data's action on the teaching activities of higher education, with the help of five major categories of educational technology.From five aspects of teaching design, teaching media development, teaching technology product utilization, teaching management and teaching evaluation, this paper expounds the direct influence of big data on the development of higher education.From the perspective of big data's role in the function of higher education, the author analyzes the indirect influence of big data on the development of higher education from four aspects: talent cultivation, scientific research, social service, cultural inheritance and innovation.In the fourth part, by analyzing the problems that big data may encounter when acting on the development of higher education, it is found that the limitation and resistance from the higher education itself are the reasons why big data is unable to give full play to the role of promoting the development of higher education.In view of this, the author puts forward some countermeasures to promote big data's effective application of higher education: first, to fully understand big data and actively promote the use of big data in the field of higher education; secondly, to integrate data resources and establish an application platform to support big data.To give big data a good application environment; thirdly, to set up a safe use standard to ensure the rational application of big data; and finally, to attach importance to the training of talent and the building of a team of technical professionals of big data.Provide manpower support for big data's effective application.
