【摘要】：本研究從韓國(guó)推進(jìn)世界一流大學(xué)的國(guó)家背景出發(fā),對(duì)浦項(xiàng)科技大學(xué)創(chuàng)建世界一流大學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了分析。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),浦項(xiàng)科技的發(fā)展離不開韓國(guó)政府的強(qiáng)力推動(dòng)。在國(guó)家政策和資源的保障下,浦項(xiàng)科技采用"小而精"的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過開展精英教育、吸引國(guó)際頂尖人才、提升科研水平等舉措,在短時(shí)間內(nèi)提升了大學(xué)發(fā)展的外在指標(biāo),并持續(xù)性地提升大學(xué)的內(nèi)在品格。通過外在和內(nèi)在雙重發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)建一流大學(xué)的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Based on the national background of promoting world-class universities in South Korea, this study analyzes the strategy of POSCO University of Science and Technology to establish world-class universities.Through research, the development of Posco technology can not be separated from the strong push of the Korean government.Under the guarantee of national policies and resources, Posco has adopted a "small but refined" development strategy. Through the development of elite education, attracting international top talents and raising the level of scientific research, and so on, Posco has promoted the external indicators of university development in a short period of time.And continuously improve the inherent character of the university.Through both external and internal development, we can achieve the goal of establishing a first-class university.
