【摘要】：思想政治教育實效性是高校思想政治教育的根本目標(biāo),也是思想政治教育存在的合理性基礎(chǔ)。高校思想政治教育作為為黨培養(yǎng)合格社會主義建設(shè)人才的根本性工程,黨內(nèi)政治環(huán)境的凈化程度與其有著千絲萬縷的聯(lián)系。十八大以來,以習(xí)近平為總書記的黨中央重拳反腐,政治生態(tài)環(huán)境有了很大的改善,但是黨內(nèi)腐敗事件對高校思想政治教育所造成的負(fù)面影響卻并未消除。黨內(nèi)腐敗特指的是中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)的少數(shù)成員,以實際的或者潛在的公共職務(wù)影響力作為交換條件,通過貪污、受賄或瀆職等方式為自己、他人或者機構(gòu)謀取額外的不當(dāng)利益的行為。這一行為違背了公共權(quán)力的原則,它直接或間接地?fù)p害了群眾和國家的利益。大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實效性是指在大學(xué)生思想政治教育實踐活動中,所達到的思想政治教育的實際效果。它既包括思想政治教育的外在表現(xiàn),即學(xué)生個體對思想政治理論知識的掌握度,也包括思想政治教育的內(nèi)在成效,即學(xué)生個體對所接收的知識的信服度以及學(xué)生個體日常行為表現(xiàn)與高校所預(yù)設(shè)的目標(biāo)的符合度。以上述概念為出發(fā)點,黨內(nèi)腐敗這一因子所產(chǎn)生的負(fù)面效應(yīng)嚴(yán)重制約著高校思想政治教育實效性,它削弱了大學(xué)生對黨組織和政府的信服度、降低了大學(xué)生對思想政治理論課教師的信任感、造成了大學(xué)生對思想政治理論課教材內(nèi)容的不認(rèn)同感,使高校思想政治教育出現(xiàn)了分離化、形式化、庸俗化的現(xiàn)象。面對當(dāng)前思想政治教育實效性所面臨的這些問題,需要構(gòu)建以政府為主,以學(xué)校為輔的運行體系,在實現(xiàn)政府繼續(xù)嚴(yán)查腐敗案件、號召全民反腐、扎實網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政基本功的基礎(chǔ)上,高校應(yīng)從調(diào)整課程內(nèi)容、豐富警示教育基地載體、改進大學(xué)生黨員民主生活會召開方式、培植同輩群體核心人物、師資隊伍建設(shè)、合理運用校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺以及打造廉潔學(xué)生社區(qū)等多重途徑出發(fā)協(xié)助開展工作,最終達到擺脫黨內(nèi)腐敗對大學(xué)生思想政治教育的消極影響、提升大學(xué)生思想政治教育實效性的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The effectiveness of Ideological and political education is the fundamental goal of the ideological and political education, but also the rationality foundation of Ideological and political education. The ideological and political education as a fundamental project to cultivate qualified talents for the socialist construction of the party, the party's political environment and the degree of purification are inextricably linked. Since eighteen, with Xi Jinping as general secretary of the party the central strike against corruption, political ecological environment has been greatly improved, but the negative impact caused by the corruption within the party on the ideological and political education has not been eliminated. The corruption within the party refers to the minority members China Communist Party, with actual or potential public influential positions in exchange, through bribery or corruption, dereliction of duty, etc. for yourself, or other institutions to seek improper benefits of additional behavior. It violates the principle of public power, it Direct or indirect damage to the people and the interests of the state. The effectiveness of Ideological and political education refers to the ideological and political education practice, the actual effect of Ideological and political education of the external performance. It includes not only the ideological and political education, namely individual students of the ideological and political theory knowledge, internal effect including the ideological and political education, with that of college students and the individual to receive the knowledge of individual students and convince their daily behavior goals. With the above concept as the starting point, the negative effect of corruption within the party the factor produced by restricting the effectiveness of Ideological and political education, it has weakened students on the credibility of Party organizations and the government, students reduced trust in teachers of Ideological and political theory, caused students on the teaching of Ideological and political theory course in Let's not identity, the ideological and political education appeared separation, formal, vulgar phenomenon. Facing the current ideological and political education of the effectiveness of these problems, need to build a government dominated system, supplemented by the school, in the implementation of the government to prosecute corruption cases, calling for anti-corruption, solid the network based on the basic political questions, colleges and universities should adjust the course content, enrich the warning education base carrier, improve the party members of college students will be held democratic life, cultivate the core of peer group characters, faculty construction, reasonable use of the campus network platform and to build a clean student community multiple ways of assisting work, finally get rid of the negative influence corruption in the party on the ideological and political education, enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.
