大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為及其引導的案例研究

【摘要】:伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)滲入到高校校園生活的方方面面,大學生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活也發(fā)生了新的變化,其中大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為就是表現(xiàn)形式之一。大學生就某一共同關(guān)注的話題而形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)集聚的網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為,有著專屬于大學生網(wǎng)民這一特殊群體的特征。同時,大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為在其發(fā)展演變過程中存在諸多問題,需要引導者對其進行科學的引導,以幫助大學生健康成長、推進高校思想政治教育工作有效開展以及增強社會正能量。然而,在實踐操作中,引導工作同樣存在不足,需要不斷改進與完善,因此,如何科學有效地引導大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為是本文的重點研究內(nèi)容。本文將大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為及其引導的研究置于網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的視域下,首先界定了"大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為"、"大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為引導"這兩個核心概念。并以網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育學的輿論引導理論,網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播學的輿論引導理論作為理論依據(jù)。對核心概念及理論依據(jù)的探究為本文奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。筆者借鑒學界對大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為的分類標準,選擇其中之一的"以行為內(nèi)容為標準的劃分類型"展開研究,主要研究情感表達型、利益訴求型和社會參與型三種主要類型。根據(jù)此劃分類型,筆者又以高校BBS、微信群、QQ群等為數(shù)據(jù)平臺,收集了四個較為典型的大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為案例。通過對每個案例的輿情分布狀況、帖子言論指向和學校引導情況的分析,得出大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為具有諸多共性,例如參與度廣泛、特征鮮明、方式多樣、目的多重等。同時還發(fā)現(xiàn)大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為存在非理性表達、容易滋生網(wǎng)絡(luò)暴力、泛娛樂化傾向、負面情緒易于轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實行動等問題。同樣,對大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為的引導也存有不足之處,如未能做出及時回應(yīng)、回應(yīng)不當引發(fā)次生輿情、高校與學生之間存在信息不對稱等。如上所述,本文研究的重點內(nèi)容是如何科學有效地引導大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為。針對當前大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為及實際引導工作中存在的問題,筆者對其成因進行了剖析,進而提出高校對大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為進行引導的基本原則和對具體類型的大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為進行引導的思路。就基本原則而言,高校應(yīng)該堅持教育性、主動性、針對性、創(chuàng)新性以及協(xié)同性的原則,切實有效地引導大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為的健康走向。同時,高校應(yīng)該針對不同類型的大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為,根據(jù)其具體性質(zhì)、特征,有針對性地開展引導工作,以提高引導的有效性。大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為給高校思想政治教育工作帶來新的挑戰(zhàn),已然成為思想政治教育的時代課題。筆者希望通過對此課題的研究,能對高?茖W有效地開展大學生網(wǎng)絡(luò)集群行為的引導工作起到積極的促進作用。
[Abstract]:With the infiltration of the Internet into all aspects of campus life, new changes have taken place in the network life of college students. Among them, the behavior of college students' network cluster is one of the manifestations. The behavior of network cluster formed by college students on a topic of common concern has the characteristic of belonging to the special group of college students' netizens. There are many problems in the development and evolution of college students' network cluster behavior, which need the guide to guide them scientifically in order to help college students grow up healthily. To promote ideological and political education in colleges and universities and to strengthen the positive energy of society. However, in practice, there are still some shortcomings in guiding work, which need to be improved and perfected constantly. How to scientifically and effectively guide the behavior of college students' network cluster is the key research content of this paper. This paper puts the research of college students' network cluster behavior and its guidance under the view of network ideological and political education. First of all, it defines the two core concepts of "college students' network cluster behavior" and "college students' network cluster behavior guidance", and uses the public opinion guidance theory of network ideological and political education. The theory of public opinion guidance in network communication is used as the theoretical basis. The research on the core concepts and theoretical basis lays a theoretical foundation for this paper. The author draws lessons from the classification standards of college students' network cluster behavior. In this paper, we choose one of them, "the classification type based on behavior content", to study three main types: emotional expression type, interest appeal type and social participation type, according to the classification type, which is divided into three types: emotional expression type, interest appeal type and social participation type. On the basis of BBS, WeChat group and QQgroup, the author collects four typical cases of college students' network cluster behavior. Through the analysis of the distribution of public opinion, the direction of post speech and the situation of school guidance, the author analyzes the distribution of public opinion in each case. It is concluded that college students' network cluster behavior has many commonalities, such as extensive participation, distinctive characteristics, diverse ways, multiple purposes, etc. At the same time, it is also found that college students' network cluster behavior has irrational expression, which is easy to breed network violence. The tendency of pan-entertainment, the negative emotion is easy to turn into the realistic action and so on. Similarly, the guidance to the college students' network cluster behavior also has the deficiency, such as the failure to make the prompt response, the improper response causes the secondary public opinion. There is information asymmetry between university and students. As mentioned above, the key content of this paper is how to guide the behavior of college students' network cluster scientifically and effectively, aiming at the problems existing in the current behavior of college students' network cluster and the practical guiding work. The author analyzes its causes, and then puts forward the basic principles of guiding college students' network cluster behavior and the train of thought of guiding specific types of college students' network cluster behavior. Colleges and universities should adhere to the principles of education, initiative, pertinence, innovation and synergy, and effectively guide the healthy trend of college students' network cluster behavior. At the same time, colleges and universities should aim at different types of college students' network cluster behavior. According to its specific nature and characteristics, the guiding work should be carried out in order to improve the effectiveness of the guidance. The network cluster behavior of college students brings new challenges to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The author hopes that the research on this topic can play a positive role in guiding college students' network cluster behavior scientifically and effectively.
