【摘要】：醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀是醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生對(duì)于醫(yī)療相關(guān)職業(yè)的總體認(rèn)識(shí)與評(píng)價(jià),它反映了醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生對(duì)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的信念和忠誠度。醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生肩負(fù)著振興我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)發(fā)展的重任,可以說樹立和培養(yǎng)醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生良好的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀,不僅關(guān)系到祖國醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展和人民健康水平的提高,還關(guān)系到和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)和美好中國夢(mèng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本文立足醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才發(fā)展規(guī)律,全面系統(tǒng)地梳理了價(jià)值觀、職業(yè)價(jià)值觀以及醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的概念,在廣泛閱讀文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,界定研究思路、研究?jī)?nèi)容與研究方法,設(shè)計(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查問卷和訪談提綱,對(duì)某省屬醫(yī)學(xué)院校學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,并依據(jù)訪談提綱對(duì)部分學(xué)生進(jìn)行了深入訪談。通過問卷調(diào)研及深入訪談,結(jié)合醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)科背景、職業(yè)特點(diǎn)及就業(yè)前景發(fā)展實(shí)際,客觀分析出醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的主流是高尚的、積極的、符合社會(huì)發(fā)展的,但仍有部分醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了職業(yè)價(jià)值觀偏失的現(xiàn)象:對(duì)自我及專業(yè)相關(guān)職業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)模糊不清、職業(yè)理想目標(biāo)庸俗功利、職業(yè)興趣原動(dòng)力不足、缺乏科學(xué)精神和學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性、職業(yè)道德觀念較為冷漠。筆者認(rèn)為造成醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀出現(xiàn)問題的原因如下:醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)弱化;多元化價(jià)值觀和社會(huì)不良風(fēng)氣的沖擊;醫(yī)學(xué)院校思想政治教育實(shí)效性欠佳;實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)院培育體系不健全。針對(duì)以上問題及原因,提出了如下解決措施:提高醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生的主體意識(shí);優(yōu)化社會(huì)宏觀環(huán)境;充分發(fā)揮醫(yī)學(xué)院校思想政治教育主渠道作用;發(fā)揮實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)院的積極影響。最終形成從學(xué)生自身角度、社會(huì)角度、學(xué)校角度、實(shí)習(xí)醫(yī)院角度共同努力的醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀培育模式。本文的研究有利于拓寬相關(guān)研究的深度和廣度,有利于優(yōu)化醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式,從而為祖國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生行業(yè)輸送更多優(yōu)質(zhì)人才。
[Abstract]:The professional values of medical college students are the general understanding and evaluation of medical related professions. It reflects the belief and loyalty of medical college students in medical and health care. Medical college students shoulder the important task of revitalizing the development of medical and health care in our country, and can be said to establish and cultivate the good professional values of medical college students. It is not only related to the development of medicine and health in the motherland and the improvement of people's health level, but also related to the construction of a harmonious society and the realization of better Chinese Dream. The concepts of values, professional values and professional values of medical college students are comprehensively and systematically combed. On the basis of extensive reading of the literature, the research ideas, research contents and research methods are defined. The questionnaire and interview outline of medical college students' professional values were designed, and some students were interviewed according to the interview outline. Combining with the discipline background, professional characteristics and employment prospect of medical related majors, the author objectively analyzes that the mainstream of professional values of medical college students is noble, positive and in line with the social development. However, some medical college students still have the phenomenon of partial loss of professional values, such as vague understanding of themselves and related professions, vulgar utilitarian goals of professional ideal, lack of motivation of professional interest. Lack of scientific spirit and study initiative, professional ethics concept is relatively indifferent. The author believes that the causes of medical college students' professional values problems are as follows: medical college students' subjective consciousness is weakened; The impact of diversified values and bad social atmosphere; the actual effect of ideological and political education in medical colleges is not good; the cultivation system of internship hospital is not perfect. The solutions are as follows: to improve the subjective consciousness of medical college students, to optimize the social macro environment, to give full play to the main role of ideological and political education in medical colleges and universities; Exert the positive influence of the practice hospital. Finally form from the student's own angle, the society angle, the school angle, The research of this paper is helpful to broaden the depth and breadth of the related research and to optimize the training mode of medical professional talents. Thus for the motherland medical and health industry to transport more quality personnel.
