【摘要】：目的分析家庭因素對大學生減肥相關行為的影響,為促進大學生的身心健康提供基礎資料。方法采取分層整群抽樣的方法對蕪湖地區(qū)8所高校4 160名大學生進行一般人口學特征及中國青少年健康危險行為問卷調(diào)查。結果1 052人(25.3%)為減肥進行鍛煉,123人(3.0%)有不健康節(jié)食行為。除不同家庭收入大學生誘導嘔吐、不健康節(jié)食、擅自吃減肥藥外,其他不同家庭因素的大學生減肥相關行為報告率比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,獨生子女比非獨生子女更容易發(fā)生不健康減肥行為(OR=1.537,95%CI=1.122~2.104);母親文化程度高是不健康減肥行為的保護因素(OR=0.749,95%CI=0.631~0.889);母親職業(yè)為教師、醫(yī)務人員和公務員是不健康減肥行為的保護因素(OR=1.287,95%CI=1.126~1.471)。結論大學生減肥相關行為受家庭因素影響較大,應更好地幫助大學生對減肥有正確的認識,并加強家庭方面的宣傳教育,從而促進大學生的身心健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influence of family factors on weight control behaviors of college students, provide the basis for promoting students' physical and mental health. Methods stratified cluster sampling method was used and the general demographic characteristics of Chinese adolescent health risk behaviors questionnaire survey of 4160 8 college students in Wuhu. The results of the 1052 (25.3%) to lose weight exercise. 123 people (3%) have a healthy diet behavior. In addition to students of different family income induced vomiting, unhealthy diet, or diet pills, different family factors related to students' weight loss behavior report rate differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that only children than non child are more likely to have unhealthy weight control behaviors (OR=1.537,95%CI=1.122~2.104); high maternal education was a protective factor of unhealthy weight control behaviors (OR=0.749,95%C I=0.631~0.889); mother's occupation for teachers, medical staff and civil servants are protective factors of unhealthy weight control behaviors (OR=1.287,95%CI=1.126~1.471). Conclusion the students lose weight related behaviors affected by family factors, should help students have correct understanding of weight loss, and to strengthen publicity and education of the family, so as to promote physical and mental health of college students.
