【摘要】：隨著中國法治建設(shè)的推進(jìn)和國際交流的深入,傳統(tǒng)的法律人才培養(yǎng)模式已經(jīng)難以滿足社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要。國際化復(fù)合型法律專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng),成為當(dāng)前我國亟須解決的問題。但是,師資力量相對(duì)不足、"重理論、輕實(shí)務(wù)"的教學(xué)模式等因素,制約了國際化復(fù)合型法律人才的培養(yǎng)。國際模擬法庭參賽培訓(xùn)課程,是培養(yǎng)國際化復(fù)合型法律人才的重要路徑和模式,它能夠強(qiáng)化法科學(xué)生的法律英語運(yùn)用能力,鍛煉法律思維能力、語言組織能力、邏輯分析能力,培養(yǎng)多學(xué)科交叉的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),提升法律實(shí)踐能力。我們應(yīng)推進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式改革,增設(shè)國際模擬法庭競(jìng)賽的培訓(xùn)課程,強(qiáng)化國際模擬法庭競(jìng)賽培訓(xùn)的師資團(tuán)隊(duì)整合與建設(shè),建構(gòu)并強(qiáng)化相關(guān)激勵(lì)機(jī)制,并在經(jīng)費(fèi)預(yù)算方面予以充足的保障。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of China's legal construction and the deepening of international exchanges, the traditional legal personnel training model has been difficult to meet the needs of social development. It has become an urgent problem to solve in our country. However, the relative shortage of teachers and the teaching mode of "attaching importance to theory rather than practice" have restricted the training of internationalized compound legal personnel. It is an important way and mode to train international compound legal talents. It can strengthen the students' ability to use legal English, train their legal thinking ability, language organization ability, logical analysis ability, and cultivate a multi-disciplinary knowledge structure. We should promote the reform of traditional teaching mode, increase the training course of international moot court competition, strengthen the integration and construction of teacher team, and construct and strengthen the relevant incentive mechanism. And in the budget for adequate protection.
