【摘要】：新媒體的興起與發(fā)展將我們帶入了一個新的時代——微時代,作為新媒體之一的微博,給大眾的生活方式、交往方式、學(xué)習(xí)方式和思維方式等各方面都帶來了變革。而高校思想政治教育管理是對學(xué)校的某些資源和活動過程進(jìn)行支配與控制的一項(xiàng)重要工作,從事相關(guān)工作的管理者是整個高校思想政治教育的領(lǐng)頭人,面對時代變遷更應(yīng)該與時俱進(jìn),深刻意識到微博給大學(xué)生的思想和價值取向帶來的影響和變化,以及給管理工作帶來的新機(jī)遇與新挑戰(zhàn)。對于微博在高校思想政治教育管理領(lǐng)域的正向功能,管理部門和人員應(yīng)該抓住時機(jī)加以利用,將思想政治教育管理的范圍延伸至微博領(lǐng)域,使微博成為當(dāng)前管理手段的有效補(bǔ)充,最大程度的挖掘微博的正向功能。本文以此為立足點(diǎn),對微博與高校思想政治教育管理之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了梳理與厘清,對前者在后者中的功能發(fā)揮是否發(fā)生了缺位以及缺位的原因從不同角度進(jìn)行了探究,并對如何提升前者在后者中的功能作出了自己的思考和建議。全文共包括五個部分:第一部分是本文的研究基礎(chǔ)和前提——導(dǎo)論,在這一部分,筆者對微博在高校思想政治教育管理中的功能研究這一課題的選題緣起、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究綜述、研究思路與方法以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了闡述,奠定了全文的研究基調(diào);第二部分是對微博以及高校思想政治教育管理相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定與闡釋,包括微博的概念與特征,高校思想政治教育管理的涵義,以及分別從主體、對象和目的三個方面,對高校思想政治教育管理與高校思想政治教育這兩個概念進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的比較和區(qū)分。為全文打下理論基礎(chǔ)的同時,也是想彰顯文章的學(xué)術(shù)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性,以免在下文產(chǎn)生歧義;第三部分是對微博與高校思想政治教育管理二者之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行了剖析,主要包括兩個方面:一方面闡釋了微博可以被利用到高校思想政治教育管理中的某些正向功能,筆者從以微博的育人功能為邏輯起點(diǎn),進(jìn)而以其在精神管理、精神生產(chǎn)力和精神優(yōu)勢方面所具有的功能為角度進(jìn)行了思考與闡述;另一方面是對發(fā)揮微博在高校思想政治教育管理中的功能的必要性進(jìn)行了分析,從管理主體、對象和內(nèi)容等方面進(jìn)行了闡述;第四部分是分析微博在高校思想政治教育管理中的功能缺位以及缺位的原因,從現(xiàn)實(shí)來看,微博的一些正向功能并沒有得到管理部門的充分利用和有效發(fā)揮,育人功能、信息監(jiān)管功能、思想輿論引導(dǎo)功能和評估反饋功能等均出現(xiàn)了缺位現(xiàn)象,對于這些缺位現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)的原因,筆者分別從不同的角度不同方面進(jìn)行了分析,其中包括來自管理者方面的原因、來自管理對象方面的原因,以及微博自身的一些特性對高校思想政治教育管理的解構(gòu)等等;第五部分是全文的落腳點(diǎn)與歸屬點(diǎn),對微博在高校思想政治教育管理中功能提升的策略進(jìn)行了研究,針對微博發(fā)生功能缺位的原因,筆者從培養(yǎng)負(fù)責(zé)專業(yè)的管理團(tuán)隊方面、利用微博加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生的引導(dǎo)和監(jiān)管方面、打造名微博方面,微博上進(jìn)行話題引導(dǎo)方面,以及開發(fā)利用新興手段等方面提出了一系列具體措施。
[Abstract]:The rise and development of new media will bring us a new era - the era of micro, as the new media of micro-blog, to the public way of life, way of communication, various aspects of learning styles and ways of thinking have brought change. And the ideological and political education management is some resources and activities of the school command and control of an important work, engaged in related work of managers is the leader of Ideological and political education, facing the changes of the times should keep pace with the times, deeply aware of micro-blog to the college students' thought and values impact and change, and bring to the management of the new opportunities and new challenges for the positive function. Micro-blog in the field of Ideological and political education management of colleges and universities, management departments and personnel should seize the opportunity to use the scope of Ideological and political education management extends to the micro-blog. The domain, so that micro-blog has become effective complement to the current management means, the positive function to the maximum extent of mining micro-blog. This paper, on the relationship between the ideological and political education and the management of micro-blog was sorted and clarified, the former in the latter function is the absence and absence of the reasons from different angles the inquiry, and on how to improve the function of the former in the latter made their thoughts and suggestions. The thesis consists of five parts: the first part is the study basis and premise of the introduction, in this part, the author on the subject function of micro-blog in the ideological and political education in the management of the topic and the research significance, the domestic and foreign research review, research ideas and methods and innovations are discussed, the research laid the tone; the second part is on micro-blog and in Colleges and Universities Thought political education management related concepts were defined and explained, including the concept and characteristics of micro-blog's ideological and political education management connotation, and separately from the three aspects of subject, object and purpose, the two concepts of Ideological and political education and management of College Ideological and political education were compared and distinguished in detail. A the theoretical foundation for the full text at the same time, also want to highlight the academic rigor, to avoid ambiguity in the following; the third part is the relation between the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities of the two micro-blog management are analyzed, mainly includes two aspects: on the one hand, micro-blog can be used to explain some positive functions of Ideological and political in education management, the author from the educational function of micro-blog as the logical starting point, and in the spirit of its management, which has the spirit of productivity and spirit advantage function Angle of thinking and elaboration; on the other hand it is necessary to play micro-blog in the ideological and political education management function are analyzed, from the aspects of management subject, object and content are described; the fourth part is the analysis of micro-blog in the absence of function and the inadequacy of the ideological and political education, from a practical point of view, some positive functions of micro-blog and not by the administration department and make full use of effective play, educational function, function of information supervision, ideological function of guiding public opinion and evaluation feedback function have a vacancy phenomenon, for the reasons of the absence of the phenomenon, the author analyzes the different aspects from different angles.
