【摘要】：美國高等教育問責(zé)的發(fā)生過程是學(xué)術(shù)研究中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。文章從時間社會學(xué)的理論視角出發(fā),對美國高等教育問責(zé)得以產(chǎn)生的制度基礎(chǔ)、關(guān)鍵時段與社會脈絡(luò)進行歷史梳理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對問責(zé)發(fā)生的機理進行學(xué)理分析。從美國經(jīng)驗的考察可以得出,理解大學(xué)問責(zé)及其與自主的相互關(guān)系應(yīng)當考慮到時間約束的維度。
[Abstract]:The process of American higher education accountability is a weak link in academic research. This paper, from the perspective of time sociology, gives rise to the institutional basis of American higher education accountability. The key period and social context of historical combing, and on this basis on the mechanism of accountability for theoretical analysis, from the United States can be drawn from the experience. Understanding the responsibility of great learning and its relationship with autonomy should take into account the dimension of time constraint.
